Horrible Vendor
What a joke. I received used monitors that looked horrible. One section of the mount was melted. Nowhere did it state I was buying used or refurbished gear. Oh and I was sent two different size monitors. Not pleased

    I am with all the other reviews!!! I did not know this monitor was used. The add needs to be adjusted to say “refurb” or “used” for consumers awareness before they buy and receive a used item.

    Avoid!
    Bad experience! Refurbished was not in the description.Took 2 weeks to get. Bad customer service. When received...all scratched up...even screen! I purchase a lot of things from Walmart and this has broken my confidence in them.This will definitely effect my future purchases!!!!

    This product is USED and was advertised as new I am completely disappointed it arrived to me with scratches and let's not talk about the packaging. Returned it the same day I recieved it. Not happy!!

    Crap
    Extremely dissappointed in product. It is a USED monitor, NOT NEW. The fact that it is a USED monitor is NOT explained anywhere in ad. Velcro stuck to monitor edges and screen smeared and scratched. I would NOT recommend this product or this company to anyone.
