Pretty Good for What it Is
Have been using it for a few days. All the hardware components are there and cpu works fine. For what specs it has it works fine for internet browsing and a couple of games. You get what you pay for. The only complaint I can see is the mouse and keyboard they included are missing bits of plastic on the 'shell'and the scroll wheel didn't work. But those are minor complaints as these things are easy/cheap to replace. The monitor is a bit small, but it was as advertised so that's more a personal preference than anything against the product. Had a few issues with shipping, the tracking info was incorrect, then corrected, then items arrived earlier than stated online. All on all this is a good computer system for the price, and what GB and System Info included and will be good enough as an office computer.

    piece of garbage. it's beat up and scratched up. had to get compressed air to blow out usb ports and fans. sounds like the hard drive is bad and windows wouldn't complete setup. since I am an IT guy I was able to get setup to complete. it's supposed to be win 10 Pro but it's home edition.

    Just throw it in a box and send it.
    Key board feet that allow you to angle it were broken off and not even in the box, cord looks like it has been chewed and monitor was scratched pretty bad. Not the quality i was expecting. Also, this is not from walmart, its from some other computer place. Im really disappointed as this was a gift. Im not being a Karen, i really think a disclosure should be added to this that it might come with dents and scratches.

    Don't buy refurbished!
    Will never ever order another refurbished item. We ordered two, first one was sent back immediately as it didn't work properly, the 2nd is now completely broke and won't work. The monitors were both very outdated, one keyboard was broke. Just a mess really. Sending the second one back as well. The one positive the customer service was good on the first return.

    Not what I expected at all.
    Just got the computer today after arriving so late and to get it and it takes so long to set up just for it not to work correct I am so disappointed with this product I can't even say I will be sending this one back as soon as possible no sound and no camera either all I say the keyboard was cheap and a USB type wow and the screen was ok but nice and big but this is just what you pay for not good if it take you hours to setup. I don't have that kind of time. I am sending this one back asap. Sorry

    This pc was OK i guess
    Overall OK computer. when i bought this computer i was very exited for it to arrive, then i come to find out thag it was going to areive later that expected. i got it today from fedex and opened it and come to realize that BOTH power chords didnt work and the one VGA was some mini vga rhing thag didnt even go in the slots of the computer OR monitor. the computer works fine but is VERY VERY loud. i recomend if looking for a cheap computer but if looking to ipgade to a gamjng pc loke j was, i do not recomend
