    Online order great, in store service not so great.
    Ordered 4 tires online. Order and delivery went great. I brought my tires in to be mounted and balanced and I was in the waiting area for 3 hours finally they came out saying they had been done for two hours. They didn't call my cellphone,message or even bother to come tell me they were done. I will be going to belle tire next time

    UNHAPPY WITH ONLINE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE!!!!!!
    Very unhappy with the installation schedule!!! Selected a 7:00 AM 6/2/2021 date online. Arrived 15 minutes early per instructions. The auto center didn't open until 8:00, their normal hours. Somebody needs to get their act together!!!!! I just wasted an hour

    Good tires, but a caution!
    Be sure to ask your installers to be careful with your air pressure sensors (if your vehicle has them) when they transfer them into your new tires. The WalMart service person broke one of mine.
