Not happy with this company.
I received what looks like a returned collar. There were parts missing such as the plug-in charger. I am returning this item.

    Awesome training collar
    This training collar has been a game changer for us. Our chiweenie barks at everything and everyone. We don't wear it in her in our house. This is her domain, but it helps when we are out in the yard. Neighbors walk their dogs. Our girl runs to greet them and says this is my territory. We want her to stay within our boundaries. A buried electric fence didn't work for us. All we do is turn on the collar and the remote. There are 3 modes... vibrate, beep, and shock. We will NEVER use the shock. It only takes 1 or 2 beeps at the most, and the unwanted barking and running behavior stops. She stays near us. Since she was over 7 years old, I had my doubts that we could change her bad behavior, but this collar really works for us! Highly recommend!

    Good training tool. Simple to use.
    Stops my dog from jumping, with low vibrate setting and my comade " no jump!" If she still jumps after warning, light vibrate button, again reminding her " No jump". WORKS quickly and easily.

    Exactly what I was looking for!
    I love the different settings on this collar! The collar is adjustable and can be custom cut to fit just about any size dog! My dog is a rescue dog and had some obedience issues when we first got him, but he responds really well to this collar. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for help training their dog! Super impressed!
