All I can say is WOW!!
I'm a clean freak. I dust, vacuum, mop our bedroom and entire home weekly. The HP01 is used in our bedroom that has hardwood flooring. Below is pictures of filter replacement. If these pictures don't sell the product, nothing will. This mighty machine is amazing! Guess what, I'm buying one for our daughter's bedroom and one for the family/TV room off our kitchen. I own Dyson vacuum that's is phenomenal. Don't waste your money buying something cheaper...you get what you pay for!

Arrived filthy and missing parts.
I received this with black, oily smudges on multiple surfaces, and heavy dust covering this entire fan. There was lots of discoloration where the paint had been rubbed off of the surface in many spots, and it was missing one of the rubber feet from the bottom. Hoping Dyson makes it right with their 30-day money back guarantee, or 6-month warranty.

    Like New, I love this product!!!
    I got my the HP01 refurbished. It had a few minor scratches but otherwise it appears almost new! I love it!! I only once or twice heard a very low, almost high pitched noise if I am really in tune with it, which was annoying one morning, but I haven't noticed it since. Otherwise, I am in love and I totally recommend this product. I run it almost all day, I try to give it a break when I am not in the room. I don't even us my other original all time favorite fan anymore. It was freezing one night and I switched it from fan to heat, and it was perfect. I no longer need a heater and a fan because its all in one. I mostly got it though for the air purifier, since it rids my room of 99% allergies and dust, etc. I have not had one headache or migraine since trees have started bloomed, and it is usually really bad during this time of the season. I am completely sold and I am happy. It has been a 2-3 weeks I think since I received it. I would recommend this product! P.s. I did get the 3year warranty for $36 but I have not needed it yet. It is nice to know it is there should I need it.

    Will break (with code H2) after warranty expires
    It was nice while it worked. After warranty expired, it now shows error H2 two minutes after plugging in. I searched online and it appears lots of people have this issue. Too bad because up until that point I thought Dyson was the Apple of household devices. Now I think you pay for design but not execution. For that much money I expect it to last a lifetime. NEVER AGAIN!

    Less than what i expected
    As a refurbished item, it works. But this product came in really beaten up. The remote looks like it has been chewed by three cats all together. The purifier itself also got way too many scratches - I'd say it has been through some very very heavy use. It is slightly less powerful than the normal tower fan and space heater that I own, but again, it works so I guess it's ok. Just very underwhelmed by a dyson product. It's probably worth it to either just buy the new product or just buy three separate machines.

    i got this refurblished by dyson for $300 dollars less than a brand new unit, one wouldn't even know it, just like brand new, even $10.00 less than from dyson, it was in the Walmart ad.. delivery was free and quick

    Condition is not so good.
    the purifier has some cratches as well as the remote control. Looks quite used. The only thing Im concerning is the fan is loud. Even I put on level 1, it still gives out a big sound. Is that normal?
