Not Good
I need a rod that collapses to get to my fishing spot through heavy vegetation. This rod snapped in half on its first cast. The reel is a battle to use also. Ruined my day.

    Not worth the money at all.
    The rod is ok but the reel is crap. Have tried using this thing twice and both times gave up in frustration. The line that comes with it is so thin and wound so tight on the reel that when it comes off the reel it just gets all tangled up. Line is so fine it's hard to thread it through eyelets.

    good rod bad reel
    good rod, but has a really bad reel but i just put a reel from one of my other rods on it and it works good for camping or for small tight spaces when packing.

    Excellent for small fish. Up to 3 to 5 lbs.
    Purchased and used the same day. Caught 15 fish. Fourteen 5” to 8” Red Ear Perch and One 1 1” large mouth bass. AlI safely returned to nature. “Catch and Release”

    Good rod, subpar reel, but good value.
    I really like the small form factor of this combo and that I can leave it in my car or throw it in a bag just in case. The rod seems to be decent quality for the price but the reel is quite lacking and I will probably be replacing it soon.

    The line that comes with the reel is worthless
    I wanted a telescopic pole so I can take it on my bicycle to go fishing. The pole worked great. The fishing line that came with the reel had probably been on the reel for some time, Every time I cast the line would get all coiled up. Include the additional cost of new fishing line when you consider this pole, or any other fishing pole that comes with pre-spooled line.
