Wide Cylinder Vase review
Needed to hold up a glass round under a wedding cake. Very happy that they're perfectly matched as far as height. Everything I was finding in the stores were off by a fraction which wasn't acceptable for my usage.

Terrible customer service. My vases never arrived and when I contacted customer service I was given no option to ensure my vases arrived in time for my event. They were damaged in transit and returned to the warehouse. Rather than offering to ship them to me faster I was offered either a refund or the same shipping I had paid for. Neither of these options got me the vases I needed for my event, when I needed them. While I understand the broken vases were not the fault of quick candles, the complete lack of customer service was appalling. The customer service agent who also identified herself as the "œassistant manager" and told me there was no one higher than her to speak to to resolve my issue continually cut me off while I was speaking. When I told her I would be writing a review she told me she "œlooked forward to reading it." If I had only read reviews on other sites instead of on quick candles site then I would have known about the terrible customer service. I know this review will be deleted as it is near impossible to find a bad review on your site.

The light from the candle flame really looked pretty with the clear glass surrounding it. We later had the glass vases etched for a permanent piece for family.Tiffany K.

I emailed customer serviceand Tiffany promptly replied! She was so nice , she offered a refund or a replacement, I asked for a replacement and in a couple of days , I had it at my door!.
