Easy to install
The gardening edge is very simple and easy to install. Lay this on the edge of a grass bed. Use the stakes provided and nail it in. A hammer would be very useful. I used the flat edge for the grass, the side for nails I used to scatter wood chips. This made it very easy to keep a separation between the two. Would definitely buy again!

Edging Made Easy
Really needed this lawn edging for bordering our redwood tree. During our long hot summers we must water the tree quite often unless there's plenty of mulch around the base. This edging will keep the mulch in place and we will have to water much less, an excellent solution. This edging is very flexible and easily made the contours necessary to achieve a professional look. This edging measures 90 feet long by 2” wide by 1 1/2” high. The edging is only 1 1/2” tall which seems a bit small, but for our needs, it works out pretty well. Super easy to install using the included 8” spikes and we did have a rubber mallet available which is highly recommended. Surrounding our tree took a total of about 1/2 hour! Cutting it is not too hard, we ended up using a sharp serrated knife which made it fairly easy. Although this edging could be installed by a single person, I found it easier with my spouses help. Unfortunately it's raining so I could not mow the lawn so my photo looks pretty so-so. Really glad Walmart offered up this edging for review.

    A Great Landscape Edging!
    I work in the yard a lot and it's a lot of hard work, so was really excited that Walmart Spark Review offered this landscape edging as one of the products to try out (free). I found it to be really sturdy, yet flexible enough that I can install all by myself. There's absolutely no digging - just place edging where you want it and peg down with the long sturdy nails/spikes. I'd gladly recommend to others.

    Easy to use
    what an awesome product this was to use very easy absolutely no digging I was trying to put a flower bed underneath my front living room window and it did exactly what I needed to do which was separate the dirt from the rocks the plastic was very durable but yet it was easy to cut all you do is measure the area you want measure the piece that you need placed it in the ground with the steaksAnd then it's all set you can make circles squares however you'd like to separate the area for whatever it is that you need

    Great Edging Product
    This is a great landscaping product. It's very user friendly which is a big plus for me. Stakes are strong and durable. I just wish there were a few extra more. The edging is fairly easy to cut and having no dig edging is so much easier to install than having to dig first. It holds mulch and rocks very well and will definitely give your yard a great upgraded look. I highly recommend this product.

    Easy to apply
    The No-Dig Landscape Edging is a great product. It is simple to put down. The instructions advise to let the edging relax in the sun to allow for thermal expansion, this was a great tip. When warmed up it is easier to manage and put where you want it. It comes with spikes that you pound in the ground through the anchor holes built into the edging. This keeps the edging in place and ready for mulch, rocks whatever is going in your bed. The spikes were fairly easy to pound in except for the occasional rock that does slightly bend the stake but it is still usable. Great idea and ease of installation makes this a great product. Keeps everything in its place and looking nice and neat.

    Not high enough
    This particular set is not high enough off the ground, but good concept. There aren't enough stakes to cover each hole either. Extremely easy to put down. It doesn't go into the ground, so it wouldn't prevent grass roots from sprouting. It needs to be atleast 3x higher to be able to keep mulch inside the barriers. It looks like it may only last a season, I wouldn't recommend putting down where big dogs or kids can step on it.

    Good low cost entry level edging-easy to use
    I based this review off of edging a length of about 75 feet that required (4) 90 degree turns. Outside of our wood pool fence and concrete there is an area of about 2 feet in width that I like to fill with pine needles that are salvaged from a pine tree on my property that sheds every fall. This is the main area on out property that I mulch every year and the pine needles provide a free (including my labor), nice looking way to do it. I already have plastic down and spray the mulched area with weed and grass killer about twice a year to keep it looking decent. Up to now, I had just placed the needles out to a certain point and made the edge as straight as I can. When I had the opportunity to try this product, it seemed like it would be a good fit for this area. It is cold in our area right now, so I allowed the edging to heat up inside the house and then rolled it out to lay in the sun to make it flexible. If installing during the summer, this probably is not necessary. Also keep in mind that I did not piece anything together because when I got to a 90 degree turn, I just bent the edging to a corner. This edging is constructed of some tough plastic materials, but is still flexible enough to be cut and bent when needed. The installation went fairly well. The spikes are thick and made of very tough material and will hold up to a strong pounding when needed for hard ground. In fact, if you don't look close and notice they are fairly light, you might think they are metal. One major negative is that they do not included enough spikes. They recommend one every 40” but that is not enough to hold it in a straight line. Therefore, I spiked every few pre-fab holes with wood spikes that I roughly cut off of some old stakes that I had. You could use scrap 2x4s for this also. For best results, drive the spike to the point of where it just touches the edging. Too much and you will cause the edging to distort. Also, make sure the ground line you are installing on is level. The height of the edging is a little short, but not a lot shorter than the above ground portion of most edging in this low cost entry level category, and it served my purpose. It was very convenient not to have to dig a trench for this edging (I have had to do this before). I will say that I have installed edging of this material in the past and the life span before it becomes brittle and starts to come to pieces is about 7-10 years. Overall, this is a decent kit and length of edging for the price. However, if you are doing a major amount of edging or own an upscale property, then I would recommend going for something more expensive.

    Works great!
    Dimes Easy Flex No Dig Edging is simple to use and works great. Once you have the area you wish to create cleared and level, the edging takes just minutes to install. I chose to add a decorative raised bed circling a tree in my backyard, make sure to apply a weed cloth if so desired before installing the edging. Since it is winter, I warmed the edging in the sun to make it more flexible. The. 30 spikes are solid and I used a rubber mallet to drive them in. Be careful not to hammer the spikes to far and stop at the top edge of the edging. Great price, great product! Looking forward to spring!

    Great tool
    This is a great tool for doing lawn work on a big lawn. My dad and I were able to use this to do the edging on the front door. It was study and easy to use! The product secured nicely into the lawn. I'm happy with this product.
