Worthless!
Read the warranty before you buy this! Our unit failed after about a month and a half, and the company would not replace it or refund our money. Their warranty covers parts only, not labor. I have worked with their tech support for over two months, and the unit still does not work. I am stuck with a non-functioning piece of junk.

    Faulty hose dangerous
    Unit works well would reccomend the L10 however, propane tank regulator leaks profusely at tank connection due to a cheaply made regulator.

    Great heater
    We've had this heater going on 7 years at our cabin in the mountains of Colorado that we use every summer. It's worked great! We have found that if you care for it properly it will provided good hot water on demand

    It works
    It works and does what it says it will do. Haven't owned it long enough yet to comment on it's reliability, but it's been working well for a couple months now. My biggest complaint is: There is no "Power Off" switch. Basically, if you DONT want hot water, you have to turn off the valve on the propane tank, and the ignitor will still try to ignite. Seems like a simple "Off Switch" is necessary.

    if box is damaged send it back!!!!
    Box was slightly damaged when delivered but the unit was severely damaged inside. Could not see it. After installing the unit it exploded then burned. Luckily just the unit was destroyed.
