Great water heater
Only used it a few times so far but it works great. Pay attention to the fact that the heater requires a certain amount of in comming water pressure to opperate (20psi if i remember correct) I'm using mine in a camper with a water pump so I don't have preasure problems.

Arrived used. In addition, the unit did not work.
I have used one of these units in the past and it performed very well. I was surprised to see tephlon tape already showed use and water exited the unit when I took the protective plugs off. I was suspicious of this unit before hooking it up. When everything was complete, the unit failed to auto start and the water pressure was a slow trickle. To bad. I was sold on these units. I will probably try to return and re order, hoping this was a packaging mistake.

    great product, questionable longevity.
    Best investment I've made in a long time , economically speaking. Unfortunately the unit stopped working in just under a year. Hoping the warranty replacement will last longer

    Worked great for 2 winters…I left water in the unit and it froze and burst…my fault completely. But up until that time it was the perfect item. I got another unit and it sparks but does not ignite. What's wrong with my water heater???

    Water heater leaked from inside
    Shipping was fast, easy to install but when I turned on the water the heater leaked all over my floor from the inside of the water heater. This is not what you would expect from a new quality product. The fittings inside the heater were loose and squirting water everywhere. After tightening the fittings inside the heater the leaking stopped. I have only had the heater for one day. It seems to heat water fine for now.

    Fantastic Shower
    this is a replacement for one that I've had at my campground for over 10 years. It is absolutely the greatest. Other campers that have seen it have gotten it as well and are most satisfied. 1st photo is one for a shower I built for a friend. 2nd photo is m old one that I am replacing.
