easy to apply. sealed concrete almost right away. easy clean up. I used a roller with extension rod and it covered surface great!

chimney brick
Seems to have worked for the first rain to seal my chimney brick. Will have to wait and see how long it is effective.

    Read the fine print
    The label advertises that it covers 240 sq. Ft. But in the application instructions it recommends 2 coats. I had to reorder same amount. Otherwise I am very satisfied with results

    Too early to tell
    Very easy to apply & did a great job on flagstone, too early to tell how it will hold up. Never know in Florida Heat & humidity. I have much more flagstone to do but hoping it will prevent mold from creeping into stone.

    Use this for chimney leaks !
    Simple to apply, just spray it on all the mortar and or bricks and you'll have a waterproof surface that will eliminate your leaky chimney. I used it and have not had any more leaks ...good stuff and will last 5 years !
