not for me
graphics are pretty bad. enemies are buggy and glitchy and their movement reminds me of the character from elex. you can somewhat see through your enemies if youre at a distance. not exactly see thru, but theres an old blend of enemies with whatever background is behind them.in elden ring, your character moves very well. not much story line to go on. almost everything will kill you from the start, thats not a complaint, just the fact of it. its definitely open world, but pretty good chance you'll die before you can explore it. no levels on the enemies. you can level up quick to begin, but then it becomes a labor, which i understand and enjoy a good grind, but it really gets boring when you have to grind from the get go and have to run from most of everything. the game has potential and some people probably love the game! its just not my cup of tea, it has thr good and bad, mostly bad for me. but if you loved dark souls, you'll love this one. not for me though.

    Lives up to the hype
    Exactly what you'd expect from FromSoftware. Excellent combat as usual, incredible world building and an amazing story hidden behind every small piece of dialogue. One of the best open worlds to date that leaves you feeling blown away at every corner as you discover new zones just when you thought you had seen the whole world. Don't be discouraged by the famous Dark Souls difficulty, after taking a bit of time to feel out the combat it becomes much easier. And most importantly, remember, dying IS OKAY, its how the game teaches you.

    slight issues. the game started great.. but after updates among other thing i had 3 critical failures and disc ejects automatically with out question.. that some bug issue i uninstalled and reinstalled it to find the same thing.. game looked great but unfortunately it seemed not for me to play with a disc.. checking in with friends who played it digitally had some issues but nothing like my experience... ill be honest here im kind sad that happened.. anyways returned the game and got my money back.. maybe will try down the road.

    Love this next installment of the Souls series
    This game is not for the feint of heart. If you cannot handle hard or brutal games put the gate… then get this game and take it on. I have faith in you tarnished one! If you've played Demon's Souls, Dark Souls 1-3, and Bloodborne, then you'll love this. You'll also find it is pleasantly difficult. Do not hesitate, grab this game!

    Discount for no pre order code
    Did not receive the pre order code to download the adventure guide....so the price went from$59.99 to$47.99... I would've rather have had the adventure guide but at least Walmart tried to make it right somewhat... so no major complaints
