Amazing air fryer
This product is absolutely amazing. It is so much healthier than deep frying. You can make countless things with ease. Almost no cleanup. It is also super simple to use just 2 dials to turn. Perfect for families. You can also cook meat inside. I highly recommend this product.

Time saver
I always cooked with tons of oil just to get the proper texture, Until I learned about air-fryers. You can cook and enjoy the same meals as before with fewer oils or butter for a healthier option. I decided to go with the Emerald 1811 Air Fryer, and this is the best decision I ever made when it comes to our kitchen appliances. The air fryer can cook an entire meal in little to no time. The Emerald Air Fryer provides an easy and healthy way of preparing your favorite meals. Because of the hot rapid air circulation, it can make numerous dishes and taste amazing. There is a built-in 30-minute timer that will turn off once the timer counts down to zero. There's also an option for temperature control. Because of the time and control of the temperature you are allowed time kitchen multitasking. With the 6.5L space, there's enough space to get most of your meal poked in time for dinner. The removable paddle rotates your food while it roasts, bakes, or grills. There is a removable non-stick frying-grill that allows excess oils to drain on a capture pan underneath. I hesitated between the digital models and the analogs; however, since my first such fryer was analog and I had no problems controlling time and temperature with two buttons, I decided on the analog one. Having a solid surface to clean along with a removable grill insert made cleaning easier than the removable basket ones. And I love to hear the beeps announcing the timer went off. I time it at ten-minute intervals or less to make sure I do not burn anything plus to turn the item over for even and faster cooking. And my okra casserole turned out perfect. I have to pay attention when inserting the basket to have it in the right position or it will not go in. I am very satisfied with this purchase and will update this review in a couple of months or so.Mirta

The simple dials make it a breeze to use, even for beginners like myself. My pork chops came out juicy and the tater tots were perfectly crispy for my first dinner I cooked in this. Don't be fooled--we put this up against our more "premium brand" air fryer that has electronic bells and whistles, and you know what--we love it. The simplicity of manual timer and temperature dials means no fussing with annoying electronic beeps and unnecessary steps that really only require 2 dials. This thing is quiet. A marked improvement over our more expensive "premium brand" unit--by comparison you hardly know this is on. Performance--no need to spend more--this thing just works. I describe one of air fryers' greatest uses as "brings new life to reheating foods that should be crispy or chewy"--from frozen baked goods or dumplings or breaded shrimp.
