Sweet!
I just printed my first 13" x 19" photo at home and it came out beautiful. First off this printer was extremely easy to set up and then to get this quality of photo out of it and as large as it is, wow! Thank you. The detail is exceptional.

Seven paper jams right out of the box until it finally print
I've never gone through this many paper jams with any printer I've owned. I have another Epson, it's the xp 820...zero issues other than it requires head cleaning by dismantling to do manually. Also have an HP Envy with no issues other than a resolved connectivity issue. This one jammed 7 pages before it finally printed the test and alignment pages and so far so good because I was ready to send it back! Why is this so from a brand new machine?? I hope this isn't a printer that will only last until the warranty expires and then calves...

    great for photos, not text
I bought this as a second printer for my art print business. I was happy with how it printed images, but not text. The text printed bolder than it appears on screen or with my other Epson printer. I can't have inconsistency across my printers so I had to return it.

    Amazing Printing for Art Prints
I bought this printer about a month ago and plan to use it for my business selling prints of my artwork. I spent about two weeks daily reading about printers and their reviews. This printer kept coming up as excellent. It prints professional quality while being a really reasonable cost. I am using Epson's Velvet Fine Art paper. My art prints look better than when I was taking them to a professional printer 20 minutes away. Now I can print from home, save time, and keep the cost of my prints lower. Give yourself 1.5 -2 hours minimum to remove packaging and set up. The printer comes packaged really well and shipped quickly. Be careful to really check to see that you remove all of the blue tape throughout the machine. I had to carefully unscrew one part on the bottom of the printer in order to remove some of the blue tape and styrofoam packaging. Also, be sure NOT to try and manually pull out the front paper output tray. Once you plug it in, it will come out automatically when it prints. There is a button on the front panel to tap when you want it to retract. (See my photo where I point to this button.) I accidentally pulled it out manually and then couldn't get it to go back in. I though I had broken it. Fortunately, I had not. It took me a little while to figure out how to print from the rear try using my photo software. Again, take your time. Epson's online user's guide is very helpful. It is one of the few printers that takes heavy weight (140 pound) art paper which I needed. I do have to fee the paper one sheet at a time. The colors are super accurate to my original art, and like I said, much better than the laser prints from the professional printing company. I can't comment yet on ink usage and how often I'll need to purchase the cartridges. I accept that the ink will be pricey but plan to factor that in to the cost of my prints. This printer is amazing and I highly recommend it for artists.

The quality is lackng. Issues in less than 30 days
Upon1st black cartridge exchange...printer would not recognize the Epson Black Replacement cartridge. After changing the remainder of the cartridges it worked. The printer will not print a proper pattern with the "red" ink after nozzle cleaning. Printer smeared ink all over an attempt to print a color Adobe Illustrator File on Epson Professional Glossy Inkjet paper. My previous 1400 was far superior to this printer

    Excellent photos
I purchased this to make working on photo projects at home much more convenient. The prints are amazing - better than some of our local big-chain photo print labs. AND I control the size I print the photo - which I love when I want something a print lab doesn't offer as a standard-ring size. I had to wait four months for this printer to come back in stock - and it was well worth the wait. I'm thrilled with the purchase.

    Major Upgrade
I replaced my R1800 wide format photo printer with the XP-15000. I had purchased the R1800 over 15 years ago and had great service out of it. I was looking to replace it with a new wide format photo printer. I am a hobbyist photographer and I enjoy taking photos of friends and family. I have already used the new printer for Easter 2020 photo projects for some friends of mine. I am extremely pleased with the prints produced by this printer. I would highly recommend this printer for any hobbyist photographer. It is very versatile on the size of prints it can produce and the mediums it can print on. The inks are relatively inexpensive but produce a high quality print.

Made Me Remember How Much I love Printing
I bought this printer because I had promised myself that once I moved into a studio space I was going to start printing again. I didn't print at home because of the dogs and cats shedding. My first prints have been 13x19. The largest I've ever printed. There's something special about seeing a shot that you've taken, printed that large. The thing that struck me was the speed. I remember my old Stylus Photo printers taking forever for an 8x10. Even on the highest quality setting, it seems like the 13x19s were done before the 8x10s I remember. The price point was right to get me back into printing my stuff and I'm 100% certain I'll be adding to my list of printers over time. They always have been and always will be Epson. Besides it looks so sexy sitting there beside my Workforce 4730

    Good photo printer
I run a small family owned business. We rely on pictures to be able to sell. With that being said it was getting really expensive to keep going back to the print shop every week. I have been looking at printers on and off for a while not knowing which one to get. The thing is this is an investment for my business and I want something that will last. So obviously I ended up getting this one. This is 24lbs. I thought that this was going to be a huge printer due to the weight but its actually really desk friendly! It doesn't have a scanner to it or fax-its strictly a photo printer so if you need those features, this isnt for you. The setup for the printer took me roughly 10 minutes. It does come with the hardware disk for you to pop in and set up with no problems. The first few days it would pop up asking me to do updates on it so just be ready for that. Something that I noticed about it that had me a little worried were all printer cartridges it has with it. There is one for every color. The reason why I was worried was cause I was afraid that they were going to be pricey but the range from $11-$15 dollars a piece depending where you buy them at. The only con I can see is if you use one color more than another color you will be replacing it alot faster so your ink levels wont all be ran the same. So how well does it print? I did a print comparsion for yall to see. I am happy with the quality. One thing that I did notice is that it dries super quick. Problems that I have had in the past is that when a print comes out its still wet so it smears. With this the moment it comes out it its dry so no smearing. The pixels on the print arent exactly like a print shop but for it being a home printer, its pretty good. This is a review for the Epson Expression Photo HD XP-15000 Wide-Format Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
