Too AWESOME!
I cannot say enough about this awesome printer. It meets and exceeds all my current needs plus it prints directly onto a disk (CD or DVD), what could be better(?). I bought this printer to replace my aging XP-820 (no longer available).

Never worked waste of money
Never worked , paper always jammed , followed every rule and recommendation possible , took it to best buy and they told me to just send it back this printer is garbage still waiting for a response for a refund

    Just a little frustrated.
    It's not as user-friendly like I thought. I have spent too much time with locating the correct software feature with my needs. I can't seem to figure out the scanner.

    I spent more than I was going to originally but I'm happy I did. Only MINOR aspect is I use it infrequently so it takes a while to go through it's startup sequence but as I stated that's MINOR.

    Set-up
    Just completed setting up the printer. I have over 30 years experience with computers, printers, scanners and their software. There were quite a few steps but it went smoothly and it has successfully printed out a test page.

    Makes great greeting cards
    I bought this printer to replace an Expression 830. This works great for printing the greeting cards I create on card stock paper fed from the rear feeder. Love it!

    Love it, it's so nicely compact, it takes up less space than my previous printer and still does everything it did and so much more, when I'm ready too print from the computer I don't have to get up and physically turn it on, it receives a signal and automatically turns on and shuts off when your done. Also my CD and DVD collections are so much nicer now that I can tell what's on them with just a glance. I absolutely do recommend this printer. One more thing I was a little concerned because some of the reviews stated that no ink was left after set up, so I also bought an extra set of ink cartridges, but after set up I have printed a few pages and put pictures and titles on several CD's and DVD's and still have plenty of ink left in the original cartridges.

    Great features
    Bought the printer about a month ago. Had challenges with paper tray selection choices, which took time to resolve. Do not use printer frequently, so it seems that I must reset paper tray choice each time I print something, even though I have set the preference to tray 2. Printer has many helpful features but the touchscreen is challenging to maneuver. Would be helpful if there was an adjustment for touch sensitivity. Warm up and printing speed is not as quick as I had hoped, but acceptable. Have not used all features of the printer yet, but pleased with those used. Color photo printing is very good.

    DO NOT BUY, Does not work with standard wifi
    Does not work with 2.4ghz/5ghz (i.e. almost all) wifi networks. I found this out after hours on the phone with tech support. This printer is junk. I am returning it.
