Anyone living in the 21st century should not buy this product. You cannot email or fax anything with this so-called multi-use printer if you don't have a land line

    Quality not as good at my old Workforce
    I had a great Epson Workforce but it was 10-12 years old and the roller was drying out so I had to adjust it if I did not print every day. So, I got this new one. It is pretty flimsy but seemed to print ok. However, now I still have to adjust the print heads, etc. Not the quality that I was expecting of this company.

    Back From HP Printers
    Have switched back to Epson from HP mostly due to maintenance issues with stuck cartridges which were never solved. Moved up a level to a WorkForce Pro. Ink prices are higher, but quality and speed are important for my business.

    first use, part broken, installing nightmare
    Bought it 3 days ago, found a broken piece, used crazy glue to fix and go. Web based installation was a nightmare, gave up after 3 hours of effort. Bought a CD/DVD reader to install the SW, much better but not very user friendly. Had to scratch my head several times to make sure the installing instruction and the printer read panel matched and synchronized. Took 45 mins to install for Internet printing feature, seems to be working OK but too early to tell. Found the printer big and heavy.

    I've always had excellent luck with Epson printers. This one is no exception - another great product. However, the instructions for setting up the printer were poor, and you have to download two different softwares on each device you want to print from - not sure why Epson couldn't combine those into one download - and again, instructions were poor from Epson. But I got it working and can even send items to print from some distance away from the printer. Good quality printing as well (as I have come to expect from Epson). Price for product was very reasonable.

    Easy setup, nice design, good prints
    I got this from a client as an early birthday gift when my other Epson died unexpectedly. We were in the middle of a project and she just ordered it for after I picked it out online. It was cheap and I needed something fast. It came three days later and was an easy easy set-up. The last Epson I had was a nightmare, but wow! Breezed right through setup on this and I have a Mac. Printing is crisp and clear, and colors are good. I'm concerned about some smearing when running pages through the top feeder, because the wheels don't grab the paper firmly each time. Most of what I do is single or double pages and I can just place things on the glass tho - but it knocked it down from a 5 to a 4. It's larger than my last printer and takes up a lot of room on my small desk - not a biggie. I'll relocate to under the desk. The window with instructions is easy to read - I'm old and hate small print. The USB port in front for printing off of thumbdrives was an unexpected bonus. Nice! I like that the paper tray is easily adjustable and so far the paper feeds well.

    The printer worked great, able to install easily and provided great prints...for awhile. Ive had it for 3 months and I am now changing the ink for the first time and its been anything but easy. This is my second EPSON printer I've owned and I'm having the same difficulties with this printer that I had with the last. It doesn't recognize the ink cartridges!!!! Its the brand and number (702) specified in the manual and it does not read that a new cartridge has been installed and keeps reading ERROR.

    Great Features and Very Good Print Quality
    I used several Epson Printers 30 years ago, but have been Using several Brand-X printers ever since, I am so Glad that I purchased the new EPSON Workforce-Pro WF 3720 Printer.. It was easy to setup right out of the Box and is a Vast Improvement over ALL of the Brand-X printers I have used..
