easy to use
Great solution for winter 'dry nose' problems. This bottle is easier to hold and use than the traditional neti pot but does the same job. The instructions do say to use only filtered or distilled water, or boiled water (let it cool first so you don't burn yourself). It comes with 50 packets of saline (use 1-2 packets for each treatment). I use it while in the shower so it doesn't make as much of a mess. Using this has helped me a lot, I no longer wake up with a dry or stuffy nose, and I get fewer nosebleeds. Plus I haven't had a sinus infection since I started using it. Definitely worth having.

Did exactly as I hoped it would
For years I've kind of used my own various inventions for clearing my sinuses and it's been messy and not always successful. When I saw this, I knew I was ready to try something else. Boy am I glad I did! This was so easy to prepare and it came with several packets of saline. I always mess up my measurement and these prepacked salines have already spoiled me. I am curious to how long their shelf life is as far as when they become hard and clumpy in the packet. Only time will tell. This holds a generous amount of water which I'm glad because I want a really good flush through the nasal and sinus area. I was concerned that I was going to have to squeeze the bottle to get a nice flow of water, but this actually has a very good flow simply due to its design and gravity. The solution easily flowed through and did exactly as I desired. However, my nasal tissues were not swollen so I'm not sure how it will work when that is an issue. This also had a fast clean up and overall I'm very well pleased with it.

    Good For The Whole Family
    I have been using the Equate Comfort Flow Neti Pot Sinus Wash System for myself and my family. My husband and oldest daughter suffer from congestion and stuffy noses frequently during the winter months. Living here in the Midwest solidifies this more to reoccur for them. The neti pot system comes with everything that you'll need. It comes with the neti pot and 50 additional saline packets. The instructions are easy to read and understand. The tip of the neti pot that is placed gently inside the nose is comfortable and allows for great flow. I do recommend having a towel or two nearby. It does feel "weird" like you'll drown, but you won't. *****I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.*****

    Excellent Sinus wash!
    I absolutely Live this sinus wash system ! This absolutely works amazing I have really bad allergies and I couldn't ask for anything better. Since I've been using this I'm not getting as many headaches in the stuffiness is going away.This system is very easy to use . Please make sure you only use distilled or boiled water with this you never ever want to use tap water it is just very unsafe.Also it is not recommended due to safety.I feel in my opinion this will cut down on my sinus infections as I usually get them a lot during the year.

    Cleans sinuses
    This is a great starters pack for a sinus rinse. It comes with a sinus rinse bottle and 50 packs of saline rinse. The bottle comes with two pieces connect to it. I have never used a sinus wash system, but this system was very easy to use. It has a button on the bottom of the bottle that you push so you can control how fast or slow the water comes out. You can also squeeze the bottle to get water to come out. The nose piece fits comfortably in my nose. This is a great item to have during the cold season, or if you have allergies. It does a good job clearing out my sinuses. You must use purified water with this. I just boil water for it since I never buy distilled water. The saline packets dissolve fast when mixed in the water. It is easy to take all the pieces apart and clean. There are instructions with pictures on the back of the box. The instructions aren't very clear, and the pictures were completely useless since they only showed the bottle. I ended up looking up a video on the internet to make sure I was using it correctly.

    Gross but efficient
    I have never used a neti pot before. I am constantly congested during winter, and I figured I may as well try this disgusting product. First impressions: You have a ton of little saline packets in here - more than I hope you'll ever have to use. You do need to use distilled water to mix in, but the squeezer (neti pot) has measuring lines on it so you know how much to add. The tip of the pot (the nasal part) is actually tucked on the under side of the cap, so I was a bit confused about how to assemble it for a moment - but nothing I couldn't figure out by looking at the picture on the box. I got it put together and went to the sink to use this. The angle of this little squeezer makes it really easy to get the water into your nose without getting it all over yourself. But it's just a nauseating experience no matter how you sell it. The water goes through your mouth and your other nostril, clearing everything out and leaving you with a mucus-laced saltwater taste. But that's what you want - is everything to be cleared out. I can't imagine you'd ever use all 240 ml of water that you put in there, but it's there if you need it. If you need a neti pot, this is a good option. Easy to clean, easy to use.

    A good nasal releave option.
    The Equate neti pot system can look a bit scary at first. Don't worry , it's not that hard to use. Read all the directions first if you have never used a nasal cleaning / relief product. The most important thing is do not use tap water. Boil some water to use or buy distilled water. Tap water can have germs in it. Remember to let the water cool down before using it. Just follow the rest of the directions for mixing and use. There is a small button at the bottom of plastic bottle to release pressure and get stuff flowing right. After a few tries you will be a pro at this. Cleaning out the nose area without any chemical is a good thing. You get 50 saline packs in this box. You can buy just the packs when you need more. The Equate brands seems to work as well as the name brand one. This might not be for every body but it works well for me.

    Works well once you get the hang of it
    This was a little challenging to figure out, as I'm a first time Neti Pot user. Once I learned what I was doing, I found it an easy and effective way to clean out my sinuses. I was surprised at how comfortable this was to use. I have been using it mostly in the mornings which is when I have the most trouble with my sinuses. This works even better than a hot shower!

    This is awesome
    When Walmart decided that they wanted to have a store branded version of the Netipot, they did their homework! They took NeliMed's Netipot and the SinusRinse and created (in my opinion) a better way to clean my sinuses. The Comfort Flow is so easy to use and cost less. It comes with 50 saline packets, which is more than enough to get you started. The bottle is very easy to hold and use. The "push button" makes the sinus wash flow and no backwash comes back into the water bottle that would cause contamination of the sterile water. I would recommend using distilled water. It is just easier to have on hand and not having to worry about boiling water. I have never used my sinus rinse with filtered water. I will microwave my distilled water for 20 seconds, just enough to get a lukewarm water which also helps the saline packet to dissolve. Thank you Walmart for taking a great idea and making it better and more economical!

    Effective & Easy To Use
    I am a huge advocate for natural methods of self care and am happy to add the Equate Comfort Flow Neti Pot Sinus Wash System and saline solution to my daily routine. The saline packets mix easily with purified water and the Neti Pot system assembles quickly. I found it more comfortable to use than a traditional style Neti Pot and loved the push button feature on the bottom of the applicator bottle which allows the flow of saline solution to be controlled as you wash out your sinuses. After using this system, my sinus's felt soothed and open and my nasal congestion relieved.
