This product works great and the cost is so reasonable! My prescription was over $17 with insurance. The pharmacy kept messing up my order so I decided to try OTC. I am so glad that I did. It works great!

Impossible to open if you have wrist/hand problems
Wish I could give this no stars just based on the worst design I've ever come across. It's impossible to get the lid off. I had to remove the top completely in order to get the cap off the spray nozzle. Change the design!!! You need to take into account that not everyone can do a “FIRM” grip while turning. People have broken wrists (like myself) or have severe arthritis.

    Price Gouging
    Seriously? $2.98 to $5.34, essentially overnight!? Time to move on. Walmart's prices have gotten out of control. The other equate brand nasal spray jumped from $1.88 to $3.44 overnight. Outrageous greed! Some of us can't work extra hours to make more money; we're on completely fixed incomes with no extra income allowed. And doing this with so many over the counter medical products really hurts us disabled/sick a ton. And it makes the greed even more repugnant.

    Immediate Relief
    This spray was recommended to me by a friend who also has chronic sinus congestion and infections. I use this spray once every few days to keep the congestion moving and help relieve sinus headaches along with an antihistamine. Pollen and mold in Florida is a battle.

    These aren’t the same as other bought in the past I opened to see the liquid inside and it’s a thick white liquid also they stuff me up more.

    this is the only nose spray that seems to help decongest me I've tried there but they don't work like this one does but now everywhere is out of stock and I need this since it being the only one to work

    This is the only one worth buying since the name brand ones are so tiny and expensive so what is up with it never being in stock online or in any store? It was recalled at one time then they brought it back. You can’t tell me it’s recalled again? Come on and fix it already, this is ridiculous. Why couldn’t the nasty menthol one be recalled? Doesn’t make and sense. Geesh…

    I have SEVERE ALLERGIES, and used to use Afrin, and paid top dollar, and didn't get nearly the affects I get with this, at a 3rd of the cost.

    It is no drip. The sprayer is the best of any that I have tried. The price has gone up, but it is still lower than anywhere else including Publix. Lasts long.
