poor quality product and response
Instruction for assembly not in box. Untimely response for request for instructions. Poor stapling of upholstery fabric. Seat cushion poor, wore out within 36 hours of assembly, sitting on board.

    Good product, but the listing overpromises
    This is a good chair overall, especially considering the price point. However: 1) Despite the cushion appearance, this chair's back is not high enough to be a real headrest. That said, if you're 5'4" or under, it should still support your head. 2) Despite the product photos, the back is stationary. It doesn't recline--the whole chair tilts. You can't lock it at a specific angle. This feature is listed as "back-tilt", which implies that it's moving separately (though doubtless lawyers could argue it goes either way and the average customer is just stupid). 3) There is basically no lumbar support. It looks like there is, but it's just squish. I'll probably need to get an extra back pillow. That said, it arrived quickly, it's better than my previous chair, all the parts were there and clearly labeled (there were even spare screws included), and everything was so well machined and the instructions were clear enough that I was able to put it together in under 45 minutes. I'm hoping that I'll get 2-4 years out of it, then I'll probably upgrade to a La-Z-Boy office chair.

    comfortable, good back support.
    excellent chair. big and comfy. the arms are not padded so made my ownbpadding using the white packing foam and a pair of socks. see photos.

    I don't know what it is but I feel like the front of the chair leans forward and I feel like I'm sliding out of it, other than that is a great chair but because of the way it feels to me I wouldn't purchase it again.

    Adjustable.
    Arrived early, very easy to put together, and I like the adjustable arm rests (which are always too low for me. When assembling it, the brackets are slotted to allow some adjustments on the width of the arms to seat, and the back to the seat. The allen wrench is included. Be advised that the assembly instructions are in with the seat back, and the screws are in with the wheels, not always obvious. Very comfortable too!

    Comfortable, Roomy Chair
    Very Very Comfortable Very easy put togather in 30 minutes. Easier on my back , I have had back surgery so less pressure on spine helps with the pain. The extended seat supports the legs so being Tall this is a plus. Very Pleased with my new Chair. Carol

    I weigh 350lbs. It is perfect for me and very sturdy. Only 2 very small complaints. Hard to find screws, almost threw them away. It is taped to inside of cardboard where it is hard to find. Second it is a little uncomfortable for me but it is a sturdy chair.

    it seems like it's a heavy duty chair however I am not happy about the misrepresentation. it clearly states 400 lb in the description but on the bottom of the chair it clearly says 275 lb
