Great Fryer
We have only had this fryer a few weeks but its so easy to use that we have used it a couple of times already. We have cooked chickens as well as a turkey and this fryer cooks thouroughly at consistent temperatures! It comes with a thermometer as well as all the tools you need for thr turkey. The spigot on the front makes it extremely easy for clean up and oil storage as well. I can honestly say this is a great product and i would definitely recommend it to any buyer!

DO NOT BUT THIS! MELTED WITH HOT WATER!
Trying to fry wings for super bowl with our new "EXPERT GRILL" 30QT turkey fryer....HUGE MISTAKE! After trying to BOIL WATER to clean the pot this happened! Thank GOD we had a stainless steel pot so the day isn't ruined! Cannot believe this happened! Truly thankful it was just water instead of oil! Huge tragedy avoided. Walmart take thus off your shelves

    Item came in damaged first time i ordered it. It was easy to send back and get replaced but the second one also came in damaged. The damage came from the factory. Buyer beware junk product read the reviews.

    Don't buy
    I used this to fry turkeys for thanksgiving today and will list the items that didn't work. as a side note I have been frying turkeys for over 20 years 1. The heating element worked for roughly 5 minutes and then quit completely, once off you could hold it down and it would work but once you let go (and this is after holding for 5 minutes) the fire would go off. Used vise grips to hold it in place. 2. moving on from that, the 30 minute timer would shut everything off after 6 minutes, we timed it, I taped it in place. 3. When the thermometer read 360 degrees I put turkey in, nothing happened so I checked oil with a meat pen, it was 178 degrees, used a spare thermometer I had and moved on 4. finally after all of this we could never get the heat more than 315 but I was able to make that work I can understand one thing not working but all of theses? I would not recommend this product

    Save your money
    Not impressed at all. Tried to thread burner on and something is stripped or wrong fitting. Just slides over the fitting. Not even a chance of tightening up. Going back to store this week

    Price is right but pretty cheap
    Cheap and does not come with a basket. So if you are getting this for boils its no good. If its to fry turkey its prob ok Ialso the most annoying feature and its probably not their faultIs the fact that there is the fact that theres a timer on it and you have to reset it every 15 or 20 minutes so that along to me is not worth buying it

    I ordered 2. Both had bent lids and dents in the bottoms. The outside packaging was not damaged so the pots had to be boxed up already damaged. Be sure to inspect all the product before assembling or throwing away outside packaging. See photo below. Also had 15 minute timers on fuel lines. Had to keep setting back timer or re-lighting burner if we didn't keep track of time. Bought new fuel lines which cost another $50. NOT A GOOD PURCHASE FOR ME.

    Love my deep fryer it came just in time for the new year the only problem I have did they did not deliver it to my door instead they left it by the fence it is always open
