Not as advertised, poor customer service
I ordered my necklace online, however, when it arrived, the "pearls" were plasitcy and distinctly circular, not teardrop shaped. The pearl itself was not smooth and they are bigger than pictured. TO top it off, the first time I attempted to adjust the necklace, it broke. I followed up with customer service to get no form of compensation. I ended up fixing the necklace myself and I do really like it, it just isn't the necklace I thought I was buying.

    I have a variety of Lucky Brand necklaces, most of them bulky and eye-catching. I needed something more low-key that would look pretty but not draw a lot of attention, plus not compete with bold earrings. I had already bought this necklace in gold-tone, and then bought in in this silver version. The best part is the option of moving the lariat holder up and down depending on the look you want and what you're wearing. Also it looks BoHo with BoHo clothing, and sophisticated with dressier or more conservation, workplace outfits. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Good necklace, but inaccurate picture of pendant
    The necklace is good but the picture of pendant on the lucky brand website does not match actual pendant shape. It is not heart shaped, rather it is round.
