Stones in wrong order
The ring arrived 2 days before Mother's Day which was wonderful...until i looked at it and realized 3 out of the 5 stones are in the wrong location. If you are not like me and it does not matter to you if there are 2 stones of the same color almost side by side then this may be the ring for you. I took the time to fill out the personalization part on-line expecting that this would be the order of the stones when the ring came in... NOPE...customer service said just take it to the store and get a refund.. i guess no Mother's day gift for me!!! also the June and April stones are almost impossible to see in the ring...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely awful ! don't waste your money. the stones are not the right color and so small, not put in right order and it turned my finger green within the first hour of wareing it.

    Tree is starting to tarnish in a month
    I loved this ring, it is beautiful and I love the family tree, my family means so very much to me. But the problem with it is that the tree part of the ring started to change color after a month of having it, which makes it look terrible. the ring and the outer part is not doing it, just the tree part. Does not have an option to get money back, which is ridiculous, should not turn withing a month.

    Quality a disappointment
    The ring is beautiful...not too small...not to big. However after only having the ring a couple of weeks one of the birthstones is already missing. Sending it back :0(
