Excellent machine for residential use.
This is a heavy machine, well-built, but definitely takes two people to set it up safely and properly. Secondly there was no instruction as to how to elevate the running track and how to disengage the pressure arm safely so that the track will actuate back down to a running position on the floor. I would not consider this an issue that would stop me from purchasing the machine again. The manufacturer should address this additional information.

Poor workmanship.
This item was welded incorrectly. We were unable to assemble it because the weld made it totally lopsided. We were unable to al-line the top to be able to put the bolts in. We had to return the item. Not an easy task for two elderly people. This thing is heavy. I was so sad. That's China for you.

    Not quite what I wanted but I made it work.
    I bought the Famistar 9028S model because of the heart rate monitor. Unfortunately at the time of purchase we did not realize it will only monitor heart rate by holding onto the metal contact surfaces of the handles. The feet adjustment to level the machine only effect the front. The wheels underneath the back apparently do not adjust. This effects the tracking of the belt which can be a little tricky to tune. I would highly recommend using some type of shims and level the back before adjusting the belt. You still may need to adjust the tracking after running on the belt. This model is rather small and probably not intended to be used for sprinters or intense runners. It works great for light periodic use at this price point.

    Real Small
    Real small. I bought this before black Friday and only put up the other day and was surprised of how small it was. I should have checked the measurements instead of looking at the pictures which was badly edited ( just noticing it now). Perfect for my 5 year old to release her energy but not for a 6'5. Not worth it for its price even if it says reduced price. If you're like me who thought its a good deal from $999, better moved on from this one, it's a waste!

    Not worth the money
    If you are a serious runner DO NOT buy this. It is small and cheaply made. The speakers are a joke (you have to plug in the music via a head jack plug). My 20 minute mile on my list machine was on level 3. This machine is so slow, it is on level 6. It's definitely not worth the original price. It was a waste of money.

    Dont buy this toy
    The thing is a toy. I had on full speed and I was skipping no power at all flimsy. It doesnt lock upright and to lock it you have to aim a screw and turn forever Im returning asap

    Super easy to put together. Narrow belt and speeds are different than normal gym treadmills. 4 on normal treadmills equal a 6 on this one. Definitely gets the job done though and happy with the purchase.

    Best purchase of 2020
    Love this treadmill! Quiet,compact, foldable and gets the job done. I put it in front of the Tv and before I know it an hour has gone by and I feel great.
