Do not waste your time!
I purchased this Chilly Sport Towel with great expectations it would work. I immediately used it doing Zumba at home, but the only thing half way cold was my neck. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, and I soaked it on ice water, and tried doing Zumba in the evening, but it DID NOT keep me from profusely perspiring, not did it keep me cool!

    Saved my life at cub scout day camp. Phoenix AZ, with a temperature at 3:00 PM in the desert of 115 degrees. I wore it all day, my friend was ready to pass out so we wrapped it around her neck, it really helped!
