    Not very universal and leaves much to be desired
    This is the third type of TV wall mount I've installed and I'm not impressed. First, the instructions left much to be desired. There was no text explanations only graphics. Installing the mount was easy enough, but the directions were useless. Second, only four different size screws for securing the mount to the TV were provided. The size I needed were not included so I had to go to the local hardware store to buy additional screws to complete the instalation for my Vizio TV. The other two mounts I installed provided several more screw sizes for a more universal solution. The TV swivels easily enough and you can angle the TV up and down. I would check out other options if you're unsure of the size of the holes on the back of your TV or if this is your first TV mount.

    Didn't even send me the one I ordered
    Didn't even get the correct amount. Not even close to the one I actually ordered. Had to return and ended up just buying one from Amazon instead.

    The mount was previously owned, not new
    This product does NOT fit 55" TVs and the it was obviously sold previously and returned to Walmart from the previous buyer. The box was torn and was taped closed. The box rattled before I opened it. When opened, I discovered the plastic bag that held all the miscellaneous hardware was ripped open and all the hardware was loose inside the box. I have no idea if all the parts were in the box. I held the mount up to the back of my TV and it didn't line up with any of the numerous mounting holes on my TV. My daughter also has a 55" TV and thought it might fit hers, but again it didn't even come close. I took it back to Walmart for a full refund.

    Product is not an universal wall mount. It will not tilt up and down only side to side . But easy to install on one wall stud.(3 holes)
