I was wondering about this product with some of the reviews. Honestly, we were impressed with it for the price. Make sure you let it pre-heat for 20 minutes before cooking anything. I think thats why some reviews are bad due to that step being skipped. My daughter has made multiple things and they are perfect. No complaints at all except for the item being a return from someone else you could tell. Just washed everything well and it was great!

    Box was crushed when received. Thank goodness the oven was broken. Opened box and NO utensils or baking pan. Granddaughters were very disappointed. Unable to find utensils or baking pan for Easy Bake oven. We made do and made a pan with small foil loaf pan that we cut down. Girls had a blast, seeing my granddaughters enjoy the Easy Bake oven brought back memories of my daughter using one as well as myself.

    I raise 3 grand kids and they all love to help me cook. I could not afford the other so this looked a lot like the one I grew up with and I ordered all 3 their own for Christmas. I bought all kinds of accessories, sprinkles, icings, the works. Ended up returning all 3 because the oven took an hour to bake but then burned it. Was so hard sliding the pan in and out with the tool that I had to tip the whole oven over to get it out. It burned us several times too. I was hopeful but it was a disappointment.

    Only reason for 3 stars is Bc the boxes looked like someone sat on them and then kicked it across the yard to my door. Be better.

    The box was damaged all the way around, it looks as if it was already opened, the oven was in a bag that was open on each end, theres jiggling inside of oven, hoping it works, the on n off seems to work, but the temp button goes in circular motion non stop, very disappointed, not sure if I should try it, could just b box damage, the box looks old as ever..like it's been the warehouse thrown around, walmart, not once have ya done me like this, smh

    I debated on this version ($19) or the original easy bake oven ($34) both were side by side on the shelf at the store, nothing looked different other than the colors of the ovens, so I went with the fun to bake. We used it last night for the first time to make red velvet cake and it turned out perfect. I think some people in other reviews may not be following the instructions. We preheated the oven like it said while we mixed ingredients, popped the pan in and set a timer, took it out when it said to and it was just right. No complaints here.

    Amazing
    People say there is a smell when you first use it, I did not get that smell. You have to preheat it or else it will take a long time, but thats fine. Cooks really well and is an amazing oven. Its as good as the original! The timer doesnt work, but you can just use your phone timer. Amazing item.

    it gets the job done
    so my daughter got this for Christmas. I looked it up to read reviews since it's not a "Eazy Bake" brand. A lot of bad reviews. But we tried it out. There is a smell of burning "something" during the initial preheat. However, the smell Did go away. A lot of appliance at first use have a smell. they are heating up for the first time and things are going to get hot and smell. No big deal. Yes it's hard to get the pan out of the oven. it's a little clumsy. But it does come out. Yes the stuff bakes. if it didn't either you didn't preheat like it said. you didn't flatten the baked good enough or you had in the cooling area...pay attention to the instructions and pics. this oven does work. One review said the cake baked up all over and out of the pan. DONT overfill the pan. if your not using the packs that come with it, be careful. it's a toy oven with a light bulb. Geez. And as for people that complained the front was only a sticker and the timer didn't work...well READ the description before buying. its clearly stated. So all in all. this oven works. the food tastes good. and my daughter loved using it.
