Great hoverboard for novice
This is a great hoverboard for a novice. The self balancing made it so my 7 year old son was confident riding within minutes. Fun in the house and outside. I even took it for a spin! The charge has lasted longer than expected. The colors are vibrant and I have a very happy kiddo.

Stopped working after a week
I have tried the trouble shooting you see online but the hooverboard isn't working. It has the red light on the left and green battery light on the right. We turn it off, hold down the power until it flashes and beeps to reset, but still nothing. Please call 9703889373 and help me.

    All time favorite toy!
    My daughter loves her birthday/pre-Christmas present and it took her 5 minutes to learn how to ride it. She is only 42lbs and this hoverboard can register it (we have other ones but it won't register her weight to ride). Battery lasts at least a good 1-2 hours with the light on riding inside the house. Bluetooth music works great. Everything is ready to play right out of the box.

    Long battery life
    The first thing I did when I received this was plug it in to charge. The battery lasted a long time before we needed to recharge it. The hoverboard is sturdy and well made and looks really cool when it's all lit up. I love that it shows the battery level on the top too so you will always know when it needs to be charged. It took a few tries to get good at balancing and moving around but it has been so much fun to zoom around on!!

    Fun and easy to ride
    We purchased it for Christmas but we just couldn't wait for our daughter to try it. Well, we all tried it and have to take turns! We thought it was going to be hard to figure out how to ride it since we saw a few YouTube videos on how to learn how to ride an hoverboard and heard a few warnings. I don't know what they are talking about, this is super easy to ride, fun and I absolutely love the look! Also, their customer service is on point.

    Good at affordable price
    I didn't know what kind of car to buy for the first time, so I bought this one. The price was OK. After using it for a week, the quality of the car is good, and my son just learn it after two or three times, it also charges fast. Any way it worth with this price.

    So far so good
    My daughter got this for her 9th birthday and loves it. So far so good- she has only had the chance to use it for 1 day but it seemed to last a while and didn't take too long to charge. We have other GoTrax products we love (electric scooter we have had for years) so I have complete faith in this brand :)

    The Best gift
    My daughter had been wanting a hoover board for months and the face when she opened this up was priceless. The color is gorgeous! Works well and the battery lasts plenty of time to have a good time. Would recommend purchasing through this company and even this hoover board!
