It's pretty
I didn't expect that this would be different designs. Seeing it all together I actually like it. I would recommend this dish set. It is well made and I feel like it goes great with my family's personality. I wish it would have come with cups but it's all good. I'll be looking for matching cups

I had high hopes - keep your old dishes
I had high hopes for these Gap Home dishes. But, after washing them a handful of times in the dishwasher, several bowls and plates have started to chip (on the blue lines). I'm very careful with my dishes and I'm the only one who uses these. Pretty disappointed because the chips are very obvious because they are on the blue stripes (see attached photos). Also, several dishes have already chipped. I would let 1 slide, but, there have been 4 so far. On another note, the pictures online are not accurate. It seems you get a mix of polka dots/grids/stripes for both bowls and plates. But, the only dishes with these different patterns are the smaller salad plates (the bowls are not all different and neither are the dinner plates). Pretty disappointed with these as I was expecting much better quality from a Gap product and the pictures online are misleading on what you actually get. I am glad I kept my old dishes because I'm not sure how long these will last.

    Nice blue color stripes on the plates
    We purchased 3 sets (service for 12) as an anniversary gift for my sister and brothers-in-law. She loved them , the blue color stripes are very pretty. She did wish the dinner bowl was a little larger, it may not be large enough to use as pasta bowls. Also, she opened only one of the boxes so far, so she needs to make sure none of the other plates and bowls are damaged from the shipping. So, I'm only giving 4 stars for now until we see about that. It looks like a nice set.

    Fun Dinnerware
    After years of using heavy pottery type dinnerware I decided to find something a little less wrist wrenching when putting dish's away after washing. This 16 piece GAP Home set did the trick for me! What I really liked about this set in that it didn't come with coffee cups. Last thing I needed was more cups I don't use. This set comes with 4 dinner plates, 4 smaller saucer plates, 4 salad bowls and 4 deeper bowls that work great for the ice cream eater. They are lighter and much thinner than the old ceramic dish's I had. They are also much easier to clean. The inner surface has a smooth finish compared to what I was using. I was a bit concerned when first getting this set because not all of the dish's had the same pattern on them. The dinner plates have 3 blue strips around the edge. The small saucers have 4 different designs, the 4 salad bowls have 3 strips around the edge of the bowls but different than the dinner plates and the ice cream bowls are blue checkered on the outside. After using them I found it added some fun to the dinner table. Another plus for these are that they are dishwasher and microwave safe. If you're in the market for some new dish's that weight a lot less, easy to clean, dishwasher safe and microwave safe with great sized ice cream bowls then this is the set for you. I recommend this dinner plate and bowl set!

    Beautiful set
    I love this set. It is durable yet affordable and the designs are simple yet elegant at the same time! I love that the patterns aren't all the same. It breaks up the monotony that can sometimes end up in the kitchen. We are a family of 4 (two kids 6 and under) and I trust them to be able to use these with no problems whatsoever. I actually like this set so much that I plan on purchasing another as a wedding gift for my sister. It will be perfect for their first home together!

    Really cute set that matches my decor perfectly!
    I really love the blue and white pattern of this dinnerware set. It's nice that's it's ceramic and it's heavyweight enough to feel like a decent quality. I like the contrasting stripes and polka dots, and they look very nice together as a place setting on my table. I would have given it five stars, but one of the bowls arrived with a chip already in it. Before I even used it. It was well packaged with lots of cardboard, and each set of bowls and plates were in their own boxes so I'm not sure how it was chipped. You can see it in the second picture. It makes me wonder how long this set will last with daily use if there is already a chip. Other than the chip, I would have given it five stars. Really cute, nice weight, and looks great on my table.

    Beautiful and light
    This set is very nice with great patterns. I liked it for the wide bowls that you don't find any more but it is so much .ore. The beautiful designs of the plates match beautifully with my stone ware but lighter. The different designs on saucers are cute. It's a very nice dish set.

    I really like this new Dinnerware Set.
    I really like this new Dinnerware Set. I was in love with the different patterns and good quality ceramic. When I got it home it was even better than I expected it to be and very nice. This set is a great set and versatile. I will enjoy using this for years to come and feel very refreshed when using it. It is packed very well and very safe in transit.

    the first think is there heavy, I like the two sizes of bowl and the the small plats are prefect for deserts there not a saucer with Ridges like a cup and saucer. Its a set that you can use every piece. The only think I could fine fault in was the bottom edge seamed a little rough ,if you had a glass table top it might scratch it use a place mat

    Lightweight, beautiful, and practical set
    What I love about this GAP Home dinnerware set is that it is not only pretty but also very functional. The colors are so nice - white with blue accents. I like that most pieces have the same pattern/design, but some (like the smaller plates) have a mismatched pattern. This adds some fun to the kitchen table, but without looking like they don't belong together. Since they all have the same colors, they all look like they are part of a set, even when they patterns are not exactly the same. The set comes with 4 pieces of each size, with a total of 16 pieces - 2 sizes of plates, 2 sizes of bowl. I love the size of the larger bowls, which seem perfect for soups or salads. The smaller ones are great for cereal. The dishes are lightweight - I'm amazed at how light they are. And yet they are very sturdy. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, which is a must have feature, honestly. So, as expected, they did well on the dishwasher and microwave, with no issues. As a family of 4, this is the perfect everyday dinnerware set. But we're also going to get a second set, so we can use them when we have guests over as well.
