It was not put together good, very loose, not the greatest pieces of bamboo and nothing with it to put it up with. I had to tie to my neighbors fence. Not happy at all with the product.

Perfect to accent our Asian water garden. Hides our ugly chain link fence. Very pleased!

Good privacy screen with some transparency
This is exactly what I was looking for. Just enough coverage to provide a little bit of privacy on my deck. Slightly transparent but more coverage than the other reed fencing I tried.

Happy with this; provides a touch of privacy
Over the last three years, we have attached four of these to a 5' chain link fence between us and our neighbor. It provides just enough privacy for our swimming pool and lanai area, without going overboard. You can still see between each bamboo reed, but that lets air and light through, but it also prevents our yard from being seen 100%. The first section that we installed in 2019 has naturally dried and faded out in the Florida sun, but it is still holding and looking presentable. The second was installed in 2020, and the last two in 2021. Now, our entire fenceline is private.

    Nice fencing for the price.
I installed the fencing myself. Some splits were very thin but I expected this for the price. Happy I purchased this product.

    Good for semi-screening
I stretched tight and could see through it quite easily. I'm going to order more to have two thicknesses in places I really need to hide. Put it up with zip ties tied to my existing chain link fence and it has withstood rain and Oklahoma winds.

    Works for mee
I had read that the length of these bamboo fences did not quite come to 13' but if that is so I did not notice, and even had extra left over. Adds a great feel to my backyard BBQ's. Next I'll be working on a Tiki Bar.

Don't be fooled by the picture!
When viewing this fencing in the picture, you would believe that it covers metal fencing enough that it turns wire metal fencing into a type of privacy fence. In reality, the gaps between the split bamboo are wider than the bamboo slats! This product did nothing to create privacy. I bought this product to cover a wire-type fence in the hopes of blocking the view of the sidewalk and street from my dogs, so they would not see people and bark at them. The dogs can see just as clearly with the split bamboo fencing up as they could when it wasn't there - and I can as well. I feel that I wasted my money with this purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone that I know. If you like the look of this fencing and intend on creating privacy with it, then I suggest doubling it up - meaning attach one roll of split bamboo to the metal fencing and another roll of split bamboo on top of the first roll of split bamboo.
