Outstanding value for those on a budget.
Great value! AMD Ryzen5 w/16gb ram and FHD (1920x1080) video for $349! built in speakers/audio are poor. Audio using my Bluetooth speaker works great. Keyboard feel is better than expected. Great for home, work or school. The matte colored plastic case looks low end but the functionality is super. Linux Mint 20.2 installed easily and runs well. I did have to find and install the Realtek 8821 wireless driver via USB connected cell phone but otherwise it was painless.

Would've Been Great but…
Price was great for the specs but after a month of use (not even daily use) the display went wonky. Every time I moved the mouse or trackpad the screen blinked on/off. It would also do this when the charging cable moved. Not sure if it was a connection issue or something else but it made the laptop unusable. Also, the speakers quit working for some reason. Luckily I was still within the 30 day return window and the process was easy.

    Nice price nice laptop
Great purchase. Sent on time and received in great condition. Can't beat the price and the RAM included. Fast and also updated so easily. Glad I spent the money. Not the greatest fabrication but great for the money. Would recommend if on a budget.

    Not a bad computer
I've been very happy with this computer. It has played many games and done everything i have asked of it. The only negative is it runs hot. I think it sits too close to the table. I put a couple of small books under each side of it to keep it elevated a little higher off of the table and the heat is fine.

Don't Expect a Service Manual Or An Answer, but...
The computer slightly tested better than an A10 on benchmarks. The A10 is a trash APU by AMD. The price is slightly more than an A10 chip laptop. The memory ran an error on the crucial scan for upgrades, so I could not figure out what M.2 would work, and customer service. . When asked, customer service was non-existent. There is no service manual, and I'm not sure the manufacturer even knows enough to write one. The plans for this computer were obviously written by Acer for the plant to create. Acer did not create this unit. FCC paperwork makes mention of the B-Morn corporation. Even the internal pictures were wiped of all marks for the FCC. An M.2 SATA combo key worked for the extra slot just fine, and despite calls from many people of bad quality control, the parts which were all welded in place were all working, even the tinny speakers. The bios was easily engaged with the del key on startup, and showed very little options. Others in comments stated if an NVME M.2 is added, the bios which is designed to discover it won't, so I used a SATA M.2 combo key for my upgrade. All in all, it works and it is very low cost to buy. All seems very sturdy and stable. Not up to proper Ryzen systems, but everything works as designed. What can one expect for $350.

Great product for a reasonable price.
This is a great laptop which came with a powerful quad core 8 thread AMD Ryzen CPU, 16 GB RAM and 256 GB m.2 SSD storage to which I added an extra 1TB m.2 SSD. The 15.6" display has a resolution of 1920x1080, with a very decent color gamut and its brightness/contract is very good. I installed Linux Mint 20.2 alongside the original Windows OS which I prefer using for my personal and office tasks. I have little use for the camera and fingerprint scanner login so I can't comment on those. The speakers yield basic quality audio with decent volume. WiFi works well both with Windows and Linux (kernel 5.4) The battery lasts a full work day in my daily use conditions while I am on the move.

A BEAST IN ITS OWN RIGHT, what a steal!!!
This thing can have its TDP unlocked from 15Watts to 35Watts. If you are not familiar with that, it means you can truly unlock the SoC (System on a Chipset) and the iGPU (graphics processor @ 1200MHz, maximum frequency)

Buy it for an office laptop.
I like this for what it is. Great value! The speakers blow but hook up external speakers! You get a lot for your money here. This is more or less an i5-1035G1 competitor but costs less. It does not match up exactly but it is in the ballpark and the price is great! I found the quality to be decent and the fingerprint sign-on great! I have seen Dell i5-10 generations at work with 16 gigs of RAM in them and this compares favorably to them for $1,000 less!! Yes you heard that right, I like this better than Dells! If you want a gaming laptop go buy one for $1500 more!

    Decent
It'd a great budget buy, and the color(green)is a beautiful sleek design. I only use to play DDR, and light web browsing,so it is perfect for that. The sound quality on the speakers SUUUUUCKS, so I don't use them, and the tracking pad can be a bit finicky, a wireless mouse is better. Other than that it's fine, I would suggest this to my friends.

    Amazing price / performance ratio
This is not a 5 star laptop, but it's a decent 3.5 - 4 star laptop at twice the price. At the Walmart price it's impossible to beat. Are there things I wish it had? Yes; USB C charging, backlit keyboard, touchscreen. But you can't get anywhere near these specs within 150% of the price
