Good for Steam games and school
This laptop is perfect. My 7yr old daughter wanted something she could play games on and I wanted to make sure that she could use it for e learning days for school. I wanted something that wouldn't be outdated in a year and not be able to play games she wanted or do things she needed for school. This laptop does everything she needs it to. It can play games on Steam with no lagging or buffering. She had to use it for an e learning day at school yesterday and it worked perfectly. The laptop is also very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I just purchased this on June. i couldn't get it to charge about 6 weeks ago so i ordered a new charger thinking it was the cord. it still won't charge. this is the worst purchase i have ever made.

    Faulty hardware and no warranty support
    Laptop is thin and lightweight. It could be ideal for my needs. It's unusable since I started getting blue screen of death. It's not operating system problem since I tried all possible options of driver updates. Warranty is fishy since the phone number listed has changed and email can be sent but no action response. It cut off in between conference call, during work loosing productivity.

    After 30 days its working well.
    I have always owned HP's but found myself not using the laptops as often. The gateway does the job I need but you can feel/tell the quality isn't anything to get exicted about.

    Purchase this product three months ago. The computer itself stop connecting to the charging port for two day. Called to see what I can do about the product and Walmart Center sends you to so many third party people. I just wish once you buy a product a tech number is giving to you for support.

    System itself is fast and has specs that more expensive systems have. But the AUDIO QUALITY SUX. Speakers sound like they are from a cheap $9.99 radio. No THX or what ever it states its sound quality is. I am 1 more youtube video away from returning it.

    Fast laptop with a reasonable price
    Nowadays laptops are more expensive than before (due to chips shortage?) This one is a laptop with good ROI. Nice laptop for kids in school. It lasts 7 hours with full charge, runs fast with the 16GB RAM. So far so good, still need to see its longevity.

    A nice laptop for a nice price
    I was looking for a laptop and they didn't seem to have many in stock that wasn't crazy expensive. Then I found this. I got blue and when I got it I was happy with the color, the size and weight and wanted it mainly to game and watch movies on and this does all that with no problem. For the price, it was a very good deal. I haven't owned a gateway before but so far it seems to be up to the competors like hp and dell. I'm happy.

    Budget at its best
    Really can't beat it for the 350 price. I got it for my mom to use primarily for streaming and social media but it also runs WoW at medium settings with no problem. The build quality is a little cheap and plastic-y but who cares at this price range? Not a fan of the track pad but using a wireless mouse with it eliminates that issue. Nice keyboard. Speakers are a little quiet but I use a volume booster extension on all laptops anyway. Runs quick as a whip, hasn't heated up and the fan is pretty quiet. The 16 GB ram almost feels like overkill. Definitely thrilled with the purchase.
