NOT WORTH IT
The first day, not even within the first hour of having this open and set up, decided to do a screen blackout after flickering in and out. It was also slow with loading things and now I can't even go in and try to do a factory reset because even with turning it off and back on again the screen is black. Waste of my money. I was hoping to be able to take this on the trip that I'm taking next month, but instead it's being returned for my money back.

    this computer is absolutely horrible. DO NOT BUY IT! i have had nothing but issues since the day that i bought it. watching molasses dry would be faster than how this computer runs. the charger and/or port chooses when it wants to work. And now, only 5 months after owning, the computer does not turn on at all

    Don't do it…you get what you pay for
    Worst laptop ever…maybe it's just my computer but it works when it wants to, I can be online and the computer will restart. At times if I'm able to do my school work on the computer the screen will go black and then come one after multiple frustrating attempts. I only had it 3 months I was going to give it to my 7 year old but I don't want him to be frustrated with this laptop!!!

    For $199 there are good features foldable laptop/tablet Bluetooth/64gb speakers are bad you have to attach external speakers wifi once I was in different room my internet cut off I was surprised the the charger the old fashion not usb so you can't charge it in the car like the new laptops

    Compact and gets the job done
    Got it 2 weeks ago. I will say this much. Don't turn on HDR Processing or up the Refresh Rate in Windows Settings. All videos will freeze up the settings after that. Trust me, leave them alone, and you cannot tell the difference. I love the accuracy of the touch screen. I just don't like the fact the buttons can be pressed on the keyboard while folded in Tablet Mode. They should be disabled. The 1 megapixel honestly is BARELY worth using for anything outside well-lit Video Calling. To be honest, I love it. I can take it everywhere, but there are 3 MAJOR ISSUES that make me very upset. 1. NO Expandable internal SSD. 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of Memory in 2022 is a crime in itself. 2. The "kinda new-ish" Intel Celeron processor is severely under clocked and is capable of much more. IDK why they down-clocked it other than to preserve battery life. 3. The Speaker Volume is soooooo low. All of these can be fixed via OTA Update and I hope they will be. If not, then I am good enough with PC's to make it work FOR ME. My concern is the average consumer who doesn't understand WHAT they're buying. Final Opinion: If you are familiar with Windows settings and how to change the sound and video options, then I'd say get it. This will frustrate a kid or teen easily. But I would say get it if you need to have a Windows Machine with you randomly in different places. Very good for the traveling, running the streets, traveling business owners, out of the home or office, carry-around back-up/extra laptop. If you're thinking you're getting a Super Computer then no this isn't for you. If you don't know basic settings control then again, NOT FOR YOU!!!! If you're computer-literate, you can make this work well for you.

    Sad and sorrowful
    The lap top is not working I called the support number at the back and I got no answer I went through a great deal to receive this item through third party shipping and I'm here with no laptop and no money imagine spending your last on an item and it comes faulty I literally sitting here crying as I write this because I have some classes I'm about to start and I needed it for that now I have no money and no laptop this is crazy and I'm in the Caribbean so there isn't a way to return unless I know somone who is travelling the cost of living is high here and to ship that back will be risky and hard I'm hurt I'm crying I need my money back

    Such a bummer
    I purchased two of these for my kids for Christmas. They are really nice looking. They're a really great size, and they have a really nice screen. Both of them were non-functional by the end of the day on Christmas. My kids opened them in the morning, and I got them set up. One of them completely froze up, to where you could not even hard shut it down. On the other one the mouse pad completely quit working and the screen started glitching. Walmart took them back with no questions asked and it was a really easy process.

    Pretty good
    I got this on Black Friday as a gift for my boyfriend to make his life easier, I ended up getting myself one as well since it was pretty inexpensive for a laptop, I love that it's also a tablet! So far it does what it's supposed to, my only complaint is that I wish it would be louder :)
