Delicious chocolate treat
I love this Ghirardelli intense dark chocolate squares. They are the perfect portion size and a great snack. The flavor ‘intense', but not overpowering. The sweetness adds another dimension and really is tasty.

these are individually wrapped but there was a processing error and the ends were off center and not sealed shut. The chocolate had a white look on the surface like it was old. Not good quality control on this purchase.

    Really disappointing
    This is really good dark chocolate but the last 2 bags I bought were so old they were turning white and really hard. Very disappointed with Walmart!

    Great flavor!
    The Ghirardelli Intense Dark Cholate Squares with 72% Cacao is perfect with my after dinner coffee. Full dark chocolate flavor, not bitter. The individual packaging is also nice as I do a lot of traveling.

    Bitter sweet goodness!
    These are such a lovely treat to have any time of the day. I love having one of these little goodies with a glass of wine. Not overly sweet and not overly bitter, but just right. These little squares of chocolate are a delight for the taste buds!

    Even though Ghirardelli is a superb product, I thought that the dark chocolate would not be as bitter as this was. This tasted way too bitter for me. I'll pass on this one. And stick with regular chocolate.

    I love Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate for so many reasons. These little squares can satisfy a sweet tooth craving in an instant. They are on the lower-carb spectrum so I can enjoy them without guilt. I like to break these up into little chips and put them in my low-carb pancakes or sprinkle them in with my cereal. I will take these to work to help me in an afternoon slump. Individually packaged means they travel well. These are not sweet, but if you love dark chocolate, these are right up your alley.

    Good for dark chocolate
    Dark chocolate isn't my favorite by no means. Both my kids love it though. I had planned on trying one and giving them the rest. These were so much better than the other brands I've tried. I ended up eating half the bag and giving them the other half to share. They didn't seem to have the bitter taste that the majority of other brands have. Would definitely purchase.

    Fabulous Dark Chocolate
    As a dark chocolate lover for all of my life, this chocolate had the most intense wonderful flavor. It has the perfect ratio of cacao - 72 percent. For me the perfect ratio of bitter without being too sweet. I indulge in this one daily. The perfect treat. I always have dark chocolate in the house and this is my go to favorite. Just melts in your mouth perfectly. Love it frozen. I have also found myself using it to flavor drinks and other foods. Also makes a great gift. This one has a permanent spot on my grocery list.
