    Made chocolaty, moist brownies!
    I have been curious about baking bars, as I've never used them before. I always use chocolate chips. I found a recipe for brownies that uses both a baking bar and chocolate chips that I wanted to make. The baking bar melted really well and mixed beautifully with the butter. The brownies came out really moist and tasted of rich chocolate. They were delicious!

    Wonderful Chocolate
    This is the best chocolate my wife and I've tasted. Never having tried this chocolate before we were very impressed with this product. We have purchased more to share with friends as it is excellent. Initially, I was hesitant in just taking a bite as I thought it maybe to bitter. Well, it was enjoyed just the way it was. Great for baking some wonderful cookies as that was the first thing we were hungry for. Highly recommend to everyone.

    Ghirardelli premium baking bar milk chocolate I fixed icing from what came on the chocolate bar and put it on some cupcakes that I had baked and was great they all got eaten and got a lot of compliments on them.

    I was making cupcakes,but ran out of chocolate.I saw Ghirardelli Baking Bar Milk Chocolate and bought it,I make the most amazing cupcakes I ever did before.Ghriardelli Pemium Baking Bar Milk Chocolate I ever use.for now on I am using Ghriardelli Premium Baking Bar Milk Chocolate.

    This baking chocolate is delicious
    I got this chocolate mainly be I happen to notice the recipe on the back of the box while walking down the isle looking for frosting, and cup cakes to make for my kids, it came out alot better than I expected, my kids actually finished off the batch I made before I even noticed or even got to try one, this baking chocolate seems to make it a stronger chocolate flavor which my kids apparently loves, I am definitely going to have to get more in hope I can try some for myself

    This is a great quality chocolate. It melts very smooth and creamy and tastes amazing. I melted it to dip strawberries in and it tasted amazing. I want to make cookies with this chocolate next. I would definitely recommend this chocolate.

    This Ghirardelli Baking Bar, indicated for baking right in the title, is a wonderful addition to your frostings and sweet treats, but, to be perfectly honest, this bar is not what you'd expect from a "baking" chocolate bar. It's fantastic eaten directly as it is, from the package; you often expect "baking bars" to be bitter, but this chocolate bar is exquisite eaten just as it is. You can't go wrong with this Ghirardelli Baking Bar!
