Didn't work/HORRIBLE customer service
I wish I could give less than 1 star. This bike worked approximately 30 minutes total. When talking to the company, they sent me parts that didn't work. Because they came from oversees it took 4 weeks to get the defective parts and then they told me they were outside of the return window. Walmart was also not willing to help.

    Don't order if you expect it on time
    The bike I ordered was called a 26"gicio e bike The bike I received was a vivi not what I ordered that's false advertising plus It took two plus weeks for delivery a week past recommend date so it was late for my child's birthday very disappointed

    you guys need to check before shipping.
    Upon opening the package, I noticed that certain parts of the bike were not in the correct position, making it challenging for me to properly assemble the bike as instructed in the user manual. Despite my best efforts, I could not align these parts in the right manner, resulting in an incomplete assembly.

    The Bottom Line....
    It's what you would expect for the price you pay for this E-Bike. With that being said, the 50 mile range is a joke, I'm lucky to get 20 before the battery is pretty much drained. The wheels and tires are very cheap Choa Yang brand, didn't last long at all, The plastic fenders suck and are pointless.... but with all that being said, It's a cheap e bike good for beginners and it works...

    Now that there's a problem, it's hard to contact the seller to find out what if anything they are going to do on day 57 of owning this bike and has ceased to work in any kind of power mode. It will not turn on do you know the battery status fully charged?

    FORGET ABOUT EXERCISING, THIS THING IS FUN!!!
    First things first, GREAT BIKE. EASY TO ASSEMBLE. NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM. RELIABLE AND FUN! You know how you get a product for one thing and then discover it's so much more than you thought. I bought two of these, one for the wife and one for me. I thought, this will be a great device to get me out and start me moving again. Boy was I wrong, I'm up and getting outside and moving. This might be good for exercising, BUT, I don't know about exercising yet. I can't stop having fun long enough to exercise. I'm 66 yrs old. I'm a retired motorcycle mechanic, I'm selling my motorcycles. It's not as fast as a dirtbike, and that's good. I haven't been riding my motorcycle much lately. And now it feels like I am riding a dirtbike in slow motion. All the thrills, at a more survivable speed. In the first two weeks I've ridden over a hundred miles, been able to ride so many places that I thought were out of my reach.
