Easy to operate and assemble.
Easy to put together , instructions were clear and solid equipment. It's been used by all my household members for quick walking steps, including 85 year old mom. Easy to turn on.

Product is not working
The product has not worked since being set up. I keep getting asked to send pictures of the motor then being told what to do. I would like to have a replacement or my money back.

    Great machine!!! But came in damaged.
    Great treadmill. But I gave it three stars because it came in damaged. The handle mounts were cracked. But the company was good to compensate me for the damage. They were very quick to compensate me for the damage as well. But other than that I am very happy with the treadmill.

    Very disappointed
    For the amount of money that I paid for this I could've gotten a treadmill with a lot more better quality. The pulse oximeter does not read correctly it only read half of what your heart rate really is and the belt is very thin and does not handle running too well so if you're a runner and you have the speed about 6.0 it doesn't balance too well and it kind of skips. I am a healthy athlete and not overweight so this treadmill should be able to handle me running but it doesn't handle high-speed at all it's very cheaply made and the manual instructions were not clear and did not come with proper assembly. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

    It's good for the price.
    Setting up was very easy, it even came with the tools to set it up. I was very surprised on how much space it saves. Cup holders to hold your drinks work but I don't think it's secure enough to prevent it from falling. My biggest disappointment and concern is that it's too narrow. I always feel like I'm going fall or lose my balance.

    Not pleased
    The treadmill belt stops when my son 215lbs runs on it. The belt sticks and it makes a noise while Im walking. Its not wide enough to run without hurting yourself. Im not at all happy with the purchase.

    Not worth what I paid.
    When you stop it delete all your information immediately. You can't pause and start where you left off. I keep banging my arm when walking at a high pace on handles. It does not incline. It gives you a count down when you start and you can not set speed until count down is finished. It does fit in small space and it is quite. I do like that some controls are on the handle. Start/Stop on one handle and speed control on the other.

    I bought this treadmill thinking for the price and size of motor 2.5 hp would be a good treadmill ! With them bregging up the treadmill with price of $580.00 you would think it would be a good treadmill ! The treadmill isn't worth $200 and has nothing worth buying you won't be happy I guarantee it ! It says special cushioning and you look at it and can see it is just a piece of plastic saying that on each side lol Very simple put together with big price tag ,and no good features at all for you to enjoy the treadmill and doesn't even incline for that price ! I got mine with plastic broken guard underneath and don't work ! Wouldn't recommend this treadmill to any one !
