Absolutely amazing!
I am in love with the Copper Non-Stick Cookie Sheet. Normally when a pan is non-stick it's not true but this one is exactly that. Cooking on it was a breeeze as my chicken didnt stick at all. This pan is dishwasher safe and can stand heat up to 500 degrees. It is 12x17 which is pretty big. This is the biggest best cookie sheet I've ever owned.

Shipping disappointment
Not exactly sure what to think, I ordered two of these pans with high expectations. I never used them as the pans were stuck together and the one on top had scratches in the coating down in the metal; therefore, Im returning them. They have a nice sturdy feel, but at this point Im going to try and find something in store so I can do my holiday baking!

    Gotham Steel Non-stick Cookie Sheet, Copper, 12 x 17, As Seen on TV The following is a review of the Gotham Steel Non-stick Cookie Sheet, Copper, 12 x 17, As Seen on TV. I have been curious about all of the Gotham Steel and the other so call non-stick cookware that has come out over the years. First it was the diamond things now this. I really want to get the frying one, but this is a start to something beautiful. This pan first of all is huge. I know it says 12x17, but I honestly was thinking of how big it truly is. I have used it for fries, cookies, bacon, cream puffs, and a number of other baked goods. It does not stick. It is absolutely wonderful. Any mess is fairly easy to clean up as well. I think that this is wonderful cookware. I know really want to get the rest of the products. I would love to have a full set of all of these products. While I'm not completely in love with the price, I think every so often I can incorporate a new piece into my cooking set. Once again I highly recommend this cookie sheet to any baker.

    Truly nonstick cookie sheet
    I received this product as part of the spark reviewer program. I was honestly skeptical of this cookie sheet being truly nonstick when I first received it. So I made up a batch of cookies and baked them on this pan. And they did not stick at all when removed from the pan. The next day my kids decided to bake flatbread cheese pizzas using this pan. When I discovered they had left the pan unwashed with hardened sticky cheese stuck to it I was sure I would have to soak the pan to get it clean. I was wrong. A simple sponge and warm water removed the cheese with very little effort. So truly nonstick and easy to clean cookie sheet. Highly recommend!

    First, this thing is huge. I thought I had decent-sized cookie sheets before, but this is bigger. I fit more on this than I ever could on my old ones. The fact that it is dishwasher safe is my favorite part. I despise doing dishes, so this really helps. It fit nicely in the bottom rack and was very easy for the dishwasher to get clean. As far as baking quality, again this is superior to others. I have only tried cookies on it so far, but they cooked evenly and were great.

    I like this pan a lot. It is safe up to 500 degrees and doesn't twist when it is put into a hot oven like some of my less heavy cookie sheets do! I made baked zucchini twists on this and let them caramelize in the oven because that is notoriously sticky. This pan is super easy to clean, I used a swipe of a paper towel with hot water and it came right off. I will buy more of these, they are ideal for making shallow cakes because they won't get misshapen by a torqued pan.

    I received this product for my honest rating and review. My package arrived in excellent condition. I received the Gotham Steel Non-stick Copper Cookie Sheet in 12 x 17. The cookie sheet is made with titanium and ceramic, and has a non stick CERAMA coating. It is non stick so no oil or butter is needed. The cookie sheet is safe up to 500 degrees, dishwasher safe, PTFE/ PFOA/ PFOS free, and oven to table safe. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. I used this baking sheet on 4 rounds of cookies, and all of them came out perfect. My cookies didn't stick, run or burn. I am impressed with how well it baked my cookies and can't wait to bake more. I definitely recommend you buy this cookie sheet you will not be appointed. I rate it 5 out of 5.

    This cookie sheet is a ceramic titanium for sure! It has a little weight to it which is good in my opinion and it is non stick(which I love)! It's a great size do you can fit a nice amount of cookies or whatever on it. I also use it for oven pizzas which is something we needed because my kids love oven pizzas. So I would definitely recommend anyone to buy this cookie sheet!

    Completely Non-Stick!
    I used the Gotham Steel Non-stick Cookie Sheet the first day that I received it. I was so excited to try it out and did not want to wait any longer. When I say nothing sticks to the baking sheet, I mean absolutely nothing! Surprisingly, my cookies baked evenly and clean up was a snap. I literally did not have to scrub anything off and it looked as if it was never even used after making several batches of my famous chocolate chip cookies. I have never experienced non-stick bakeware being this easy to handle and maintain. I will definitely purchase more of the bakeware items from this company.

    Amazing!
    I received my Gotham Steel Cookie Sheet from the Spark Reviewer Program. We have the Gotham Steel frying pan, and love it. (So does our 15 year old)! I was surprised at how heavy this cookie sheet was. It's a great size, 12 x 17. I made biscuits and they just slid right off! The sheet doesn't even look used. I also made a double batch of brownies. Perfect size cookie sheet for 2 boxes of brownie mix. I love the fact that you do not have to spray the cookie sheet before baking. I love my Gotham Steel cookie sheet and would absolutely recommend it, and any other Gotham Steel items!
