corn oil
I switched from canola to corn oil a long time ago.
This product tastes like the name brand and is budget friendly.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/03/2021Not all oils are the sameOn the show 'Good Eats', they go thru a litany of cooking oils. Corn oil is perfect, with an OK smoke point, but that quality like olive oil that adds something to the story. Using the totally light oils like Safflower or Canola produces a bland product, while corn oil adds a certain touch of flair...James

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/25/2020good for deep fryingi'm not sure how 'pure' it is, but it does a good for deep frying. canola oil is not at all good for us. it's made in Canada, and Canadians do NOT use it. they know it's not at all good for us.Storm
