We love this bread, it's affordable, soft and tastes fresh. It tastes just as good as the higher priced bread. Great for sandwiches, toast, pretty much anything you need bread for. Just recently made garlic bread to go with my lasagna.

Bread was smashed. Driver said my items were thrown in her car as they loaded my order. she had to double bag things when she was delivering them cuz bags were heavy

    Hit or miss freshness
    Honestly, GV white bread is a hit or miss product. Sometimes it's fresh and doesn't smell unusual. However, other times when I've purchased the white bread it's stale or on its way towards that direction. Even when I've checked the expiration date, its a toss up. There's no consistency. I either end up with a decent loaf of bread or I don't. Not at all happy with the price gouging. C'mon, man! It's a basic loaf of store brand bread. I'd have better odds of buying a name brand. At least I'd feel more confident in its freshness.

    Disappointed
    I have never had a problem with anything from Walmart, but tonight I made dinner and used the bread and it smells and taste like cleaner. My man took a bite and almost threw up and I had to hurry and take it from my kids before they took a bite
