Awesome
These pans cooked up my meal wonderfully! The heat was evenly distributed and the meat, onion & spinach did not stick at all. I was able to use my metal tongs without having to worry about scratches, which was great! They are solid, heavy duty & well made. I like that the handles will not come loose. The handle shape fits nicely in my hand. I use a gas cooktop and for the most part the handles stayed cool to the touch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Chipping after 2 weeks
The pan is chipping. I've had it for about two weeks. We've never even put it in the dishwasher. Very disappointed. We bought two pans the other seems fine so far.

    Awesome pans!
    Awesome pans, the nonstick lasts way longer than a cheap pan. Just ordered the restorer and can't wait to try it on a pan I overheated and made sticky. Don't do that! Low to medium heat only! Awesome pans!

    Great quality but wish they didn't need oil/butter
    I love them but I wish you didn't have to use any kind of oil or butter and that the pan itself was completely nonstick.

    We love these pans and couldn't be happier! The food cooks so evenly and the pans clean up without even a tiny amount of effort. We follow the care guidelines and don't cook over high heat, no metal utensils and wash by hand, not dishwasher. So far, they are the best pans we've ever owned.

    Amazing pans
    1These pans are amazing, cooks so fast on such a low temperature, non stick is amazing and I feel like my food is so clean! Follow instructions as I feel using cooking spray is what killed my other pans, non the less these pans are top notch!!

    I'm Impressed!
    I've never tried ceramic before but was excited to give it go since I'm trying to cook with with less butter and oil. I was precooking some veggies for fajitas and did onions and peppers. I've never made these without oil before but this worked great. They onions carmelized wonderfully and the pan cleaned in seconds. I even used a metal spoon to stir since the package says it's metal utensil safe. As you can see from my after pic it looks perfect. I also did my fajita shells in it and was really happy with how quickly they browned with nothing added to the pan. The pan seems to conduct heat very evenly which is a huge plus. The handle stayed nice and cool as well. I think this size in particular (the 10 inch) is going to be my new go to pan for cooking.
