So easy to use and easy to clean
I love the GreenPan! It cooks faster than my regular non-stick products, it is easier to clean, and you can also put it in the dishwasher. I use an electric cook top and it heats up quickly and cooks the food faster. I love using less oil, and haven't had an issue using butter (for flavor in some recipes).

Scratch resistant…
Definitely not scratch resistant. Pan scratched within 3 days of having it. Hand washed in the sink.

    Horrible longevity
    I've had these pans for 15 months now, purchased Jan 15th 2022, and lots of them are already needing replaced. They were great out of the box, but they do NOT hold up over time. I follow all care instructions - low to med heat only, always have avocado oil in the pan, silicone utensils only in my kitchen, use the pot protector pads for storage. One of my lids has a perfectly circular crack around the entire thing, there's a chip in the coating on the rim of a fry pan that happened within the first month of use, the nonstick coating on my most used skillet has pinpoint holes even with silicone utensil use, and the bottom of every pan is rust orange, that as of yesterday transferred to my white dishes and ruined them when sitting in the sink for less than an hour before cleaning. For how expensive these are, they should last a LOT longer. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Chipped ceramic - BRAND NEW OUT OF PACKAGING
    I bought these for husband for Christmas. We opened the box and one of the pans already has a chip in the ceramic. We are the middle of a kitchen remodel so we haven't used them yet. Skeptical because of the chip right out of the packaging before we've even washed or cooked with them.

    Cookware for a Lifetime
    Since I moved and left my beloved induction stovetop, I've been unhappy with my cookware on the gas stove in my new home. My new GreenPan set makes cooking fun again. Last night was chicken piccata over capellini. The pots and pans are elegant to look at and to the touch. They heat quickly on lower heat settings, and clean up easily. If I ever get induction again, they're rated for that surface, so I have what I need for a lifetime. My next project is to find a needy household to take my stainless and cast iron pots and pans.

    Disappointed, surprised, & concerned
    I got this as a wedding shower gift after I put it on the registry. I was so excited to use but I'm so disappointed now, especially considering how great the reviews made this sound! I think most people tend to write reviews after a brief trial period, so here's my reflection on the product almost a year after receiving. Since we were moving into a new home right after our wedding, the set wasn't unpacked right away and has only had about 7 months of use. I hand-wash only with non-abrasive materials, use silicone cooking utensils, and use the pan protectors when storing, yet I'm still seeing scratches, chipping, and discoloration. I expect normal wear and tear to show, I understand that it's used daily so how could it not, but this seems like it was way too quick to wear. Attached you'll see some pictures. To keep this review as honest as possible, I will still say that the cookware works well, it heats up evenly and I've not had a significant amount of issues with food sticking. I liked the look of the set and I think it was an ideal combination of the types of pots, pans, and lids for every day use. Plus I liked that it came with protectors. So I'm so sad to write this review. If you are prepared for wear and tear to settle in quickly and the other benefits outweigh the cons, then this may be the right product for you. But I don't believe that a pot or pan should show this amount of damage after such short use and delicate use. It indicates low quality, in my opinion, which is not what you should get for the price these pans cost. I look forward to trying a different replacement set but I am a little cautious to get my hopes up... fingers crossed that this is a fluke

    Loving these pans
    I recently got these pans and absolutely love that I can cook with less oils and no cooking spray. It was amazing. My vegetables cooked perfectly and didn't get soggy from cooking spray or EVOO. Then I popped it in the dishwasher to clean it. I love it and can't wait to get another one.
