Best Laptop Without All The Bells And Whistles A+
This laptop is great for only surfing the web and paying bills and storing pictures without all the junk that comes with laptops. I think its a awesome price and give it 5 stars and a A+

Disappointed
The laptop was damaged straight out the box. My advice...GET THE WARRANTY! It's worth spending the extra few dollars to avoid the aggravation. I feel like I threw almost $500 away. Actually...that's exactly what I did.

    Best online shopping, I got the laptop twice, first time the laptop arrived and the screen was cracked, the return process was easy and by email... Refund was made in two weeks and I never doubted of getting the same laptop because I really liked it... Aesthetically it is thin and awesome, processor is super fast

    Super Super Impressive!!!!
    Super Super impressive with this lil machine so far!!! I ordered it because my old lappy gave in with working from home during this pandemic. The set up of this new HP was a breeze. It stays charged all day. Its 8pm and Im still on 47% charge. Its very quiet, no sound except my fingers hitting the keyboard. I have external mouse as Im never fond of a mouse pad on any laptop... I recommend this lappy to anyone considering.

    Great for multitasking throughout the day on your
    I don't know much about computers that I had an HP stream which was garbage. This one is incredibly fast and I can have 10 things open it once it doesn't even think twice about being slow. I wish I would have gotten the touch screen, they are amazing especially when you work all day in a computer, it's worth it! I do notice that sometimes during the day it starts to run and it's a little loud but doesn't bother me.

    Dead on arrival
    WARNING!!! Failed right out of the box. Hard drive failure and never booted up. After several tested in the BIOS it now says no hard drive found. Check pictures. The great price is likely due to a known quality escape that they are trying to have customers find for them. Have the stores quickly clear shelves of defective product. We'll see how Walmart handles this.

    2nd HP laptop I wasted money on
    Screen too small, price too expensive , and everytime I want to go to another website it says page won't load refresh. I have to refresh at least 2-3 times for the page to load. Plus its slow. Can't send it back because I went through Affirm and they will just send another one just like it.

    Excellent everyday laptop for people on the go.
    This is a perfect everyday laptop for all basic home and office work. The potable memory makes its use seamless from the power on to switching between softwares and its Internet surfing is very fast. The HD display makes pictures and videos appear as is. Considering it's portability, it's actual carry around weight is similar to a large tablet and has relatively no heating issues even in the afternoon Harmattan heat. The battery life is marvelously long per charge, up to 5hrs at best performance mode non-stop use. It's type C and A USB ports aid in quick file transfers from external drives as well as 2.0 pen drives.
