Must have GOOGLE account; NOT 14-inches
I don't understand why in order to connect, it must be connected with a Google account. It's too invasive. I haven't even used it. I was so disappointed in the size being so much smaller than what I have now. It is NOT 14-inches. It measures 13-inches across

    Apps Not Supported!!
    The chose the HP Stream 14", but unfortunately they cancelled my order and I went with this. This HP Chromebook is light and easy to transport with great sound quality, A lot of apps on the Google Play-store aren't supported on this model and unless it has a has a desktop version you can't use them at all. Also, it has back light on the keyboard that doesn't cover it all, and at times you have to turn it off to see the keys if your not familiar with them. I should've reordered the Stream.

    It is a beautiful computer!
    I did a lot of research on many different laptops before making the final decision to purchase this one. I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank, had a good rating with reviews.. something that was cute and could perform my basic needs for a computer. It is super cute, it is super thin and lightweight. I love it! So far, the only thing I see “wrong” with it.. is it tends to glitch some when you're trying to scroll to the top of a page. But again, this may be something that “I” am doing wrong.. but it's nothing that seems to be a major problem. I love it and recommend it for a first timer for sure.

    I've never had a “brand new” laptop and I was so excited for this to come. Only to be disappointed. During the updating process it kept crashing and causing my internet to crash. I even restarted my modem twice. I can't get past the updating screen. I'm not sure if I should just give up and send back or keep trying. I was excited about finding this one on sale because my funds are limited...but I guess you get what you pay for *That screen in the pic is the same one I've seen like 10 times. It'll disconnect from the wifi and then try and find my wifi again. Go back to that screen and try to update. It's a continuous cycle.

    Screen cracked not COVERED under warranty look out
    Don't buy this laptop the screen cracks in the corner when you fold it to the tablet and when I called them the person who helped me could not speak good english and told me it was NOT COVERED!!!!!!!!!! And I will need to pay for the repair so I Would PASS don't be like me sincerely broke PC.
