    contacted Vendor twice through email. No response either time. Package was delivered and missing both speakers and Monitor?? Contacted WalMart and they responded that the package was the correct weight? Compared to what? I guess theres a standard weight of a computer and components now! Last time i order electronics from either site! Terrible service to no service at all!

    It's going right back!
    do not buy this. the monitor is ugly and square shaped. wish someone wouldve mentioned that before I bought it. Also the tower was very loud and obnoxious. Def more than just a lose fan going on in there. I called for a return the same day it was delivered to my home. This item is going right back!

    I ordered a new computer and received a used on. Nowhere in the description of the product did it state that the computer and monitor was refurbished. i computer and monitor was scratched, dirty and dented. I was very unhappy with this product. In the future il not buy electronics from walmart.com. I was happy that Walmart refunded my money.

    Poor quality equipment
    Bought this for our son for christmas. It came with a dell monitor and it was snapped apart the thing is not able to hook up to bluetooth deviced printer. It can't be hooked up to wireless internet. Worst thing its dirty and scratched up also. Big mistake even cheap its not worth it. Walmart.com needs to fix this

    The hard drive had scratches. The keyboard and speakers looked really cheap. I thought I was getting a HP set but the hard drive was HP and the monitor was Dell.
