Outstanding HP Quality For My Home Office
My Home Office requirements demand high quality printed documents and detailed architectural renderings. I needed a Laser Jet that could provide Copy, Scan, & Printing functions with simplicity. This HP Laser Jet Pro M28w Wireless All-in-One Monochrome Laser Printer is a perfect fit for my Home Office needs. I am on the road a lot so the ability for me to scan and print using my IOS Smart Phone in the field from remote sites is a plus, plus. I use approximately 300 to 600 pages a month in printed documents. The HP MFP M28w is capable of handling up to 1,000 pages a month, which is the recommended number of printed pages by HP within the stated range for optimum device performance. Aside from the HP mobile software to control this printer the LED Control Panel display screen on the top left and front of the printer is user-friendly and an easy learning curve. This Icon Keypad display controls all of the numerous features like copying, enlarging up to 400%, reducing down to 25%, lightening, darkening, ID copy, etc. What impresses me the most about this HP M28w is the small footprint it takes up in my Home Office for the amount of work it produces. WooHoo! Here are some of the features I really love about this HP MFP M28w: * High Quality Printing – This is the most important reason why we buy a Laser Jet printer in the first place. HP does NOT disappoint. All of my printed documents are sharp, clear and professionally reproduced. This printer can also print out Number 10 envelopes, postcards, labels, and ID cards. This HP MFP M28w prints fast and can print up to 19 pages per minute depending on your software set-up and degree of document detail. * Easy Setup – First, make sure you assign this printer to a 2.4 GHz radio frequency on your router during the Wi-Fi set-up process. The User Guide at HP support Center provides for mobile set-up, computer, laptop, on Apple or Windows OS. The HP software is FREE and can be downloaded from the Apple, and, or, Google Play Stores. You can also connect using Wi-Fi Direct to this printer and other devices without going through your regular home Wi-Fi network. And, you can also connect your computer and this printer using this USB 2.0 cable without Wi-Fi. This furnished USB 2.0 cable may be required to temporarily connect your computer to the printer. The software will prompt you through this whole process and when to connect and disconnect the USB cable. Once this printer is on your Wi-Fi home network you can print, scan, or copy from anywhere in the world using a mobile device. How cool is that? * Generous Paper Storage – The Input paper tray can accommodate up to 150 sheets. The top output tray can hold up to 100 sheets. Small laser jet printer scanner
This LaserJet Pro by HP is the smallest monochrome laser jet printer that we've had. Setup is not intuitive or user friendly as it took quite a while to get it working. Installing on a Microsoft laptop via a CD was cumbersome as is entails being tethered with a USB cable to setup. After spending lots of time, I gave up trying to figure it out. It should be as simple as plug and play but it's not, if trying to get it to work on a Microsoft based operating system. I did eventually get the printer to work wirelessly with the laptop but not the scanner. I tried configuring with a chromebook and also had no luck. There is an option of cloud printing but I don't want personal information out on someone's cloud. On our android phones and tablet though, it has been excellent. Downloading and installing the necessary software on android operating system was more user friendly and setup was rather quick and effortless. It prints exceptionally quick depending on what setting you have it on, and scanning documents is fast. So wirelessly, using android is the best using this printer. Overall, although I had some initial issues installing on our laptops, I had no problems using it with android devices which was simple as plug and play. Perhaps we need to update our old laptops but printing and scanning via wireless on android is fast.

    Great, little printer
    The HP Laser Jet Pro m28w Wireless all-in-one micro Chrome laser printer Is a great printer. I decided it was time to upgrade. My wireless printer. It was give me a pick some slow. To be productive any longer. It took about 20 to 30 seconds or longer to print per page . To some people that may not sane. Very slow but My family needs as the printer as possible. From elementary school projects to college papers There is always a demand for fast reliable printing.. When I received the printer, I was quite impressed. The size of the printer. It is considerably smaller than my other all in one printer. Its compact design fit very well into my workspace. . I'm always a bit leery about new devices Is the setup process can sometimes be quite tedious. That was not the case with. This HP. Printer. The setup instructions are very clear. And not at all time consuming.. I simply followed the set up instructions. Which were completed in about five steps or less. Once the initial setup was complete. I simply downloaded. The HP app. In a few short steps after that. The wireless setup is complete. And we were ready to begin. Printing. We did a few test runs. Just to make sure everything was working. Well. . We need copies.. We printed from files with ease. We printed photos. Everything you. Perfectly and quickly.l I love a great place for my family is that this all in one printer was very quiet. We had gotten used to our old all in one printer. Making very loud noises Every time they perform the function. The HP LaserJet Pro m28w Wireless all-in-one microchrome laser printer is a welcome addition to our home office.

    Great Printer! Super Fast Super quiet!
    I have had the opportunity to test the HP LaserJet Pro M28W Wireless All-in-One Monochrome Laser Printer, and I will do my best to give you my absolute honest opinion about this product. I would like to start with unboxing this model. You can definitely tell that they took extra special care to wrap and package it properly. My guess would be that there is a lot of small intricate working pieces that cant be damaged but not to worry, because this thing was packaged by a pro....lol setting up the printer, I have to be honest, I definitely have mixed feelings. To actually get the printer in working order, as in physical set up, was a breeze! couldn't be any smoother. Cut and dry directions tell you how to remove and reinstall the laser ink cartridge. This process was super simple! couldn't be more pleased with it! The trouble I had came with actually getting it wirelessly connected. It says that if I download an app, it's as easy as pushing 1 button. I'm not sure if it was just me, which it could be, but the app didnt help me at all. I ended up using the installation disc that they included with the printer. Once I did this, I had no more troubles. Connecting to it right from my smart phone is now easy and dare I say it? It's even fun! Me and my daughters have a blast printing out different activities for them to do! Overall I love this printer! and it definitely beats making a trip to kinko's! I would definitely recommend!!!

    Fast Laser Printer
    This HP LaserJet Pro M28W Laser Printer is working nicely in my home office. Laserjet printing on this machine is so fast and easy. The copying function is also super fast and easy. I'm very happy with the small size of this all in one machine. It is smaller than my old printer and I expect the laser jet ink will last longer than the traditional ink jet printer cartridges. The wireless function was easy to setup with my MacBook, and worked great. I am very happy with the printer so far.     HP has made an excellent laser printer! This printer is much more than just aesthetically pleasing! As a homeschooling mom, I am strongly dependent on having a printer that can handle larger print jobs and I have found that basic printers just don't cut it. This printer can handle very large print jobs and gets it done quick! This printer is only black ink and can scan, print, and copy. It's a very compact printer compared to most. The printer cartridge replacements are also quite reasonably priced, which is another thing many people consider when purchasing a printer. Connecting this printer to my WIFI was extremely easy and was done in about a minute. You can download an app to use with this printer so you can print from your tablet or phone. I have printed, copied and scanned with this printer since I got it and didn't have to spend time figuring out how to use the printer. It's absolutely a dream to use! It prints so fast and is quiet as well. I would highly recommend this product for people who need a good office computer. It doesn't print in color, but an easy to use black and white printer is beneficial to any office!

    Easy wireless setup, plenty of functionlity!
    Wireless setup is a breeze using the android or IOS app. I literally unpacked the printer, removed the toner packaging, inserted and powered it up. The Android app found the printer immediately and walked me through the setup. The Windows 10 laptops in the house discovered the printer in AddRemove Printer window. This monochrome comes with a "temp" toner drum which from my experience gives you about 200 prints. A new will offer 500-600 prints so very economic. The machine prints, copies and scans. The "scan to email" function is quick and works well. Great replacement for the old fax machines. The printer is easy on the eyes and has a small form factor. I was very pleased with the functionality at this price point. The CD included is lacking but all the help you need for this printer can be found at the HP site.

    Great printer pretty easy setup good print quality
    This is a really nice all in one printer that has a very small footprint (great for a crowded home office like I have!). The setup took me maybe all of 10 minutes and that includes unpacking it. The thing that took the longest was setting up the WIFI. I tried it manually a couple times and it wouldn't connect. Then I used the WPS button on my router and it connected within 15 seconds and I was up and printing. Print quality is very good. Scanner/copier are excellent with a one touch operation - it even has an ID scanning option. I can even scan directly into Acrobat from within the program - which is very convenient. The best thing, no ink to dry out. I have a color laser already but was using an old inkjet all in one to scan/copy - it's now in the recycling bin! If you have a home office (or even a small "regular" office) this is a must have. Scanning, copying, and printing from one device. Wireless connection so I can be in any room in my house and print with ease. It does come with a USB cable to connect to your printer if for whatever reason you don't have wifi.

    Excellent Product & Quality!
    I just love my new HP LaserJet wireless laser printer! When I pulled it out of the box I couldn't have been more excited! I just love the smaller size of the printer and it being wireless. Now I don't have to have it sit next to my computer and take up desk space, that since it's size, I could sit atop my shelf perfectly. I was a little worried about the setup since I never had a wireless or laserjet printer. I cannot tell you how grateful and impressed I am with how easy it was to set up! Took less than 5 minutes and it was up and running. It was so easy. It comes with a CD that I downloaded onto my computer. I clicked 'Add a Printer' from my computer, it was recognized and that was it, it was ready to go! It's wireless, which means that once the wireless connection is in force, I don't have to connect the printer to my computer. That's great because now I can place the printer anywhere in the room so I don't have to take up valuable desktop space. The wireless makes it such a fast and easy way to print out my documents. I am really impressed with how quiet the printer is when running. Fast and quiet, and the final result is a perfectly copied document that looks so nice and professional! I love how quickly it feeds the paper. It quickly prints out my mailing labels perfectly. This printer is just so perfect for my home office. It makes all my copying easier and saves me so much time. It's so easy to use, and prints up my documents quickly and quietly! I use this printer daily for over a week now and I love it!
