Complete Disappointment: Package was opened
This gift was purchased for my son's birthday. The laptop was not delivered (attempted to be delivered) as mentioned. Once I finally received, the package the box was damaged and opened on both ends. At his point I do not trust the product and service provided and request a refund. This laptop was purchased as a gift and started off being a disappointment when the gift wasn't delivered as promised.

    I love this laptop so much i bought 2. I purchased the same one last year for gaming and my child took it over so i bought a second one for my use.

    Big sturdy computer. Great graphics. She's able to play Roblox and do several other things at once no problem. Green glowing keyboard is very cool. She's happy with it! Worth the price.

    Waiting for replay
    Bought one and it arrived, booted up fine began running a game, then started watching YouTube and the screen panel went black. No matter what I did, updates drivers through hdmi 2nd screen still would not come back one. Sent back waiting on replacement.

    Hot laptop, dysfunctional, and physically painful
    Laptop runs really hot. Prepare for sweaty fingers. Touchpad does not function sometimes when clicked. Sharp edges on the laptop that will leave your palms aching. It receives 2 stars because it does perform as well as expected. It is just uncomfortable to use. Not to mention the first laptop I received had a defective screen so I had to order a replacement.

    Not bad but not great
    Not bad. Ran okay, although the mouse sometimes didnt want to click. The screen was clear and bright but the camera was fuzzy and the mic glitched quite a bit (so we were told by multiple people we video chatted with). Speakers sounded pretty good though. Returned within a week because of mic and camera quality.
