Great size pan
These disposable pans are the perfect size not only for a cake, but also for other desserts as well as meals if you want them for a smaller portion. I used them for a smaller freezer meal that I take to my grandpa and he said it was the perfect size. They are durable and heavy duty. The lids fit well to keep them covered.

Not the best foil cake pans
I would not use these foil pans for cakes. At less than 2 inches deep, they wouldn't work for my cakes. I might use them to bake potatoes, veggies, etc. but I might feel the need to double them up because they're a little too lightweight. I do appreciate the fact that they are made in the USA and are 100% recycled aluminum.

I like that this product if made from recycled aluminum. Great idea. 3 pack is convenient to have in the house for multiple dishes. It was a little flimsy but I did over load the pan so it's probably my fault. But over all it worked perfectly for my small batch of queso dip.Fesha

When looking for a small pan it's usually a loaf pan. The Handi-Foil 8 Square Cake Pan is sturdy but not heavy. Wonderful little pans and they come in a three pack. Lids would have been nice but I can make due. I would recommend these pans to anyone looking for a small "square" cake pan.Gramma62

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/15/2020Great Quality ProductHandi-Foil Corporation's Eco-Foil pans are made of 100% recycled aluminum. I have one of their 8x8 set of (3) cake pans. The depth of 1&1/2” is great for quick breads, cake mixes and casseroles. I kept mine on a tray while filling with a batter. The cake pans do not have much thickness or rigidity, so they need something underneath until placed on the oven rack. I prepared the pan, poured in my batter, put it in a toaster oven to bake, and it turned out perfectly. The set of (3) is great for holiday baking. Once my mix was finished baking, I put a piece of foil over the top, then placed the pan into the freezer for a quick cool-down, all in the same cake pan. It was a pan of quick, ready to eat brownies that I could place on the counter or into the refrigerator. I did not have to think about cleaning the pan because I can just throw the empty pan away. By keeping a set on hand, I can send a dessert or leftovers home with someone.Jaren16

These pans are made from 100% recycled aluminum and made in the USA. They are good quality and not flimsy. I used 2 pans for when I made stuffed shells. I used the third pan for a meatloaf. They held up very well during and after the baking processes. I plan on purchasing this product again for other uses...for baking cakes, and small lasagna and baked ziti dishes.Mandy

I didn't give it 5 stars because the Handi-Foil seemed to be a little bit thin, but I was able to pour the cake mixture completely into it and actually handled it good using both hands to put it into the oven. It baked well. When baking bread or a cake to be given away it would be ideal.Chiche
