    not bad
    it works ok but when you have a pile your trying to seep or even if its very small, the sweeper would make more of a mess as it gets caught in the brushes [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Part missing.
    I was super excited to receive this product and wanted to put it to use right away! When I opened the box, a lower handle piece was missing. I called Hoover as it said to do if you had problems. After a long wait, the representative told me I would need to email the receipt to her since the serial number indicated the unit was manufactured in 2014. (I guess there are many people in line who didn't actually purchase this product but are scamming Hoover trying to get a lower handle piece for it, SMH.) She ended the call abruptly without a closing comment. I emailed the receipt to her and when I didn't hear back in the next 5 days, emailed her again to follow up. I still didn't hear back. I did a live chat with Hoover today and was told the only thing I could do was email that same person again because apparently she didn't get my first 2 emails. I've verified that I typed the address correctly so I'm not sure how sending another email will help. I'm just planning to return the unit to Wal Mart today.

    This is a great drive way sweeper. this is the 2nd one my husband has had and he literally wore out the first one after at lease 4-5 years of use. It really cuts down the time that it takes to sweep the drive.
