Flying Bugs Be Gone
Hot Shot is a brand we have used all my life. It's a trusted brand. Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer does exactly as it advertises. We live on a ranch so you can imagine all the bugs we have to deal with. This spray kills instantly. It also works for up to 4 weeks when you spray perimeters. It kills mosquitos, house flies and so many other pesky bugs. I know I can rely on Hot Shot to take care of business. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Waste of money
Waste of money wish I stuck with Raid! I have to drown the insects in this for them to die!!!! This serves better as an air freshener.

    I have used about 1/2 of this can. It won't even kill the flies unless I saturate them with it. Pretty dissatisfied.

    Useless product
    this stuff first of all was ordered as a 2 pack. only one came. Second it claims on the can that it kills flies for 4 weeks? Unreal , this stuff only lasted till the can was empty in three days. i have never been so disopointed in a hotshot product before. Not happy that walmart only sent me one can either. Obviously if i ordered 2 pack i needed 2 cans. i am bit head to toe by drain flies. Thanks walmart and hotshot you let me down.

    Doesn't seem to work
    Sprayed it directly on flying insects (flays, gnats, etc.) and they just laughed at it. I think attracted more insects than it killed.

    One of best at a great price.
    Does the job. I'm out in the Southwest desert where it rains one month out of the year, and the gnats swarm. This product keeps them at bay.

    Great product
    I wish they would write on the can the correct method for killing mosquitos with this wonderful product. 1. Grab the mosquito, lazo it, use a jar, etc. 2. Open its mouth and put a funnel in it. 3. Empty half a can into the funnel, remove it and force the mosquito to chew and swallow. 4. Grab a shoe and smash the mosquito. 5. Pour some kerosene on mosquito and burn it. Now it is (maybe) dead.

    bought to use on fruit flies. i spray it all over at them and they keep on flying, unperturbed. can almost hear them laughing

    works well
    certainly smells better than other insect repellent spays, it doesnt seem to kill on contact half the time i find myself chasing them down but it is one of the better insect sprays I have used recently.

    Doesnt even phase fruit flies
    I bought this to kill fruit flies but it doesnt even slow them down. A complete waste of money
