Not happy with purchase
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and since we live in Minnesota and the weather here is crazy, she just got the chance to open it and use it. I'm not happy with this purchase at all and wish I could return or exchange it. It turns on and lights up but it doesn't even hold a charge long. We charged it for 3 hours like the description says and she only gets about 20 minutes of ride time before it starts beeping that the battery is dying. The description also says that it should be able to go 10 miles; that is a lie! We were lucky that she could ride it to the end of the block and back! Very upset that she can't even enjoy her gift.

    NOT WORTH THE MONEY
    the discription says 240 bs weigh limit. the package it was delivered in says 165 lbs. Once it was opened, it worked for about 4 hours total. The wheels spin at different speeds so it does not go straigjt.

    Put it in a box next time.
    The item wasn't in a separate box. If anyone seen the package they knew exactly what it was. Including my son who seen it on the porch. It was his Christmas present. Should definitely put it in a concealed box!

    My daughter used this like twice and it's already broke. There's a wire hanging out that apparently broke and now it won't charge or anything.

    battery issue beware
    This thing has a battery issue... it only goes for like 5 mins before it stops low battery... we have another one and it goes for like 30 minutes at least... there is a flaw in this one

    bad bluetooth connection
    It work great but we connected it to the bluetooth on cell phone and then turned it off after my daughter was done playing with it and now everytime we turn it on it keeps beeping like its trying to connect to a bluetooth. My daughter doesnt like to play on it anymore because the sound is so annoying. We did the thing where you hold board straight and hold power button tp reset but it still makes that sound. It really is just collecting dust. What a waste of money
